I loved Domino's when I lived in Memphis 2 years ago. I've tried this one twice now, both times the pizza was over cooked. I was really in the mood for pizza, I rarely eat out. Last time I'm ordering from here!!! So sad!!

Unlike the terrible Circle K next door, these magnificent Chads allowed me to sit inside their warm dining room while I awaited my Uber in peace, on private property and away from ignorant Circle K managers and Tavares police officers.If I could give you 10 stars I would. I really appreciate you guys, and you can bet I'll be getting my food here from now on, instead of next door at the cop caller store.

Do yourself a favor and check your pizza before leaving the building. Don’t just take there advice and walk out the building. Now I did this order online, I’m less then 3 minutes from this location total of 6min round trip. I arrived at my home, gave the kids the pizza and I hear “Hey Dad this pizza is horrible. I look at the pizza it has all kind of burnt makes with bubbles and the extra cheese looks like no cheese. I’m really upset because first “My Food Was Not Edible” Second this was a red flag “The Employees At The Register Had On A Hoodie Listening To Music That Cashed Me Out” Check your cameras. Now whoever was the shift leader really need to learn how to handle costumer services and complaints. Because I don’t want to hear about getting something for free when this should not have happened from the start. If your employees on your shift can get their act together send them home. We the consumers are paying their hourly wage. Without customers this place does not make money. Do sell a customer a pizza the you will not eat yourself. I’ve never had anything bad to say about this location. In business you gut one shoot at winning a customer over. Once you mess up the word free is a no no because you never will feel safe eating at a location. I can’t see you make my food and that’s a no no. As a small business owner myself “This Is Not Acceptable”

I have ordered from your store before and was totally satisfied with what we got.But last night, rubber Wings, burnt pepperoni chessy bread, the pizza was even was disapointing.Service was great, just don't know what happened! COME ON DOMINO'S!

I DO NOT RECOMMEMD THIS STORE IN TAVARES, FLI want to start with dominos having the best white pizza I've loved for years - years delivering to the same address, from the same store... when things are amazing all the way around, I've called to give props to them bc they hit the spot and got it done right. Tonight I called to let them know the chicken I just tried for the first time was superb, thanked them for including all the sauce cups, and just to let them know the pizza was as cold as the chips they were currently eating with My chicken Lol I didn't even ask for a credit - the lady instantly offered that, and I was good with just letting her know what I told her about the chicken being superb and all the sauce cups were in there, so I'm super grateful and I just wanted to let them know about the pizza so they could check on the warming carry bag or whatever quality check they have in place for it. She was like, we're short on drivers, and as I was in the middle of letting her know the chicken was hot, Ethan, the store manager, took the phone from this sweet lady the and was completely rude to me, telling me there's a note not to deliver to my address for having called to get free food, and honestly the only time I recall this happening is the one time I took pictures of the pizza toppings being on the box where the pizza was all squished up on it, and I'm not sure if I ever called about the time all the toppings were completely messed up on the wrong pizzas or the chicken that was half cooked, but if that's all I've called to complain about (besides the time they took double the time to get here or took the food back bc they somehow couldn't find the house with a GPS address that takes u straight to my driveway like clock work) in about in 6 years, I'd say that they were doing pretty good. So when I interrupted the disdainful yelling and scolding like I was a child in order to ask him how many times I've requested a credit (which I didn't even request tonight), he refused to check that, saying that he isn't going to look at it, he's just not going to deliver to me anymore, and as he's increasingly getting louder and uglier with me while I'm simply trying to understand what is going on over there to have caused this much of an uproar from a business, acting this way towards me for absolutely no reason, I'm... honestly just blown away at the lack of professionalism. It's the holidays, Ethan, and I get that we all experience a bad day sometimes and things may not always go as planned, but to take whatever you are going through out on me is not the way to handle whatever is eating you up inside. I will keep you in my thoughts n words to the most high because it truly feels heavy, Sir. I've always done my best to be a good kind person in this world, and what you did tonight was not only uncalled for, it hurt my feelings.(I just got a text saying my order was canceled - not sure what that meant, but if that's a refund, that's not at all what I wanted. Now I feel like I need to throw the food away bc it doesn't feel honest to even eat it. So what the pizza was cold - whoever baked it, did an excellent job w the toppings spread and its golden tone - it was just cold this time. I simply wanted u to check the carrying thing to be sure it was good, or perhaps a coaching opportunity if the pizza sat out while the chicken finished getting ready - only u and ur team know the process that took place - I just wanted u to know the result of it, sir. Please take good care. I hope u get the quality help u need in there.)Please know it was never and has never been about the money.. (hence why I usually tip pretty decently) It was always about the quality, and it's a real shame you didn't seem to feel the same, sir

I've ordered ALOT FROM this Store q100 of time , at 3 Different address over the years. .They always been hot fresh a DELISH. . BUT 2 TIMES!THEN FAST SPOILED ALL THE one comp.I Got. .Didn't know 35.00 $ worth of food I lost bc I didn't order in 7 days?I've got the email.Didn't know cash expired.Truly bummed. Was looking forward to pizza tonight.
