Depressing staff; a building full of people who clearly dislike their jobs.Almost makes you regret bothering them with your order, much less your smile.While the restaurant itself was cleaner than a lot of other DQ's I have seen, and the food was prepared "correctly"-ish; I would still have to say that it was a depressing lunch. NOT the best place to stop after a long drive from the Keys...

Well normally it's really good there. I get the two mix and match for 5 but today when I got the pretzel sticks one was hard as a rock... Of course by the time I realized it I was already down the road.It's usually pretty on point but I guess I'm going to have to start checking my food from here on in. You guys owe me a PRETZEL STICK! ?

Went through the drive through with Christopher who took my order. So friendly and polite. Had the best ice cream sundae ever from a Dairy Queen and the young man who served it up was happy and so warm. Well done with these 2 young men!

Ordered a small chocolate cone. First of, the cone was $4.08. She handed me the cone and it had 1/4 of the top of the cone was Broken off. I showed her the broken part of the cone, she looked at me like I had 2 heads! She did then offer to make me another one, I agreed and handed the cone back to her. ( I heard her tell another employee what I said about the cone). The second cone was handed to me buy a male employee, and he did just that, he handed me the cone and closed the drive-thru window on me. He didn't ask is this better? or i hope this is ok for you. Also, the second cone was noticeably smaller than the first. Wondering why that was! For the price of 4 bucks you would think you'd receive a whole and consistent product. That male employee was rude and obviously has an attitude. Please consider training a certain employee soft skills with customers..the male employee needs it. I'm not one of his friends or a teenager that doesn't care. I know how customers should be treated.

Latrenda and the team she works with are a delight. They made our wild Alaskan perfectly and the cookie-dough blizzard is exactly what I remembered enjoying some 30 years ago.The food was made to order swiftly, and the team was appropriately staffed. It's not easy working for kids and vacationeers, and yet, this was an experience worth repeating.Thank you.

Rude behavior and the use of foul language are certainly unacceptable in a customer service setting. If you feel inclined, you may consider providing feedback to the store management about what you witnessed, as it can help them address the issue and improve their customer service standards.So the manager that was on site was very professional.And I was there also and it totally didn’t went the the way your writing your review.I’ve been a Loyal customer for years as well a resident.That worker should been Discipline

This place on 12/16 was every unprofessional my family and I couldn’t even get out of my vehicle to enter the DQ without witnessing a young man coming out yelling after a young lady worker walking to her vehicle, im not sure if she knew he was coming after her with outrageous behavior but the young lady said what did i do” what did i do!! And the young man was in her face and The manager came outside and said you can see me at 4:30 im not sure what that means but as a manager you should never threaten your workers….Overall, I feel like everyone has their days. This is not a bad business establishment and their workers are normally pretty nice and happy always smiling and I will continue to come here ?.
