I ordered a custom pizza with onions, mushroom and olives. The pizza was hot & fresh and came within the delivery time window. I'm not sure why they have such a low rating other than people with positive experiences not posting..it deserves a 4+ star rating for being from a chain. Thank you Dominos for getting it right. My only feedback is that the crust tasted different than normal/typical pizza, but I couldn't place why ... anyway I do recommend it
