Worst customer service I've experienced at a dunkin. I told the person to hold on while someone was looking at the menu and the person continued to ask what I wanted 3 times in about 5 seconds. After the 3rd item was ordered the person said that completes your order pull ahead. Wasn't finished ordering though.
Just don’t waste your time or money there.During our family trip from the keys to Miami, we decided to make a quick stop. Unfortunately, our experience was not pleasant. Our order was incomplete. The bag we received was dirty. The coffee tasted burnt, overall just bad customer service.
