Mangrove's Bar is a nice place on the bayside in a friendly atmosphere serving Wine & Beer and beautiful sunsets. Their musical program featuring the Jam Night Sensations every Wednesday night has fast attracted many of the local pros to come and join the band. Wednesday Food is available which changes weekly. Local Keys talent needs no more introduction than the legends that come and play like Jimmy Hawkins, Terry Zimmerman, Les Hunter. Teague Hamilton, Scott Youngberg, Scotty Migone. and just too many to list because it grows weekly with the people that come to listen and or play in the show.

We are staying at the Marina and were excited to see the food cart was open. We ordered a quesadilla, corn dog, burger, a caprese grilled cheese, parmesean truffle fries and a fish burrito. It was all delicious and definitely a beautiful place to sit by the water. The only drawback was they didn't have take out like the website advertised which was disappointing after a long day out, we were ready for a rooftop dinner on the houseboat. It's definitely a beautiful hidden gem!
