3rd time I’ve come here and the gas pumps stick and keep pumping AFTER you pressing the handle to stop. Very scammy and adds an additional $2-4 more than I intended each time.

Most filthy bathroom I've ever been in! The floor by the toilet was wet from who knows what. A roll of TP was by the sink & part of it was wet, too. No soap. Hand dryer worked. I refused to shop there based on the bathroom. 7/11 is off my list for gas stations. Shame on you!

Many visits since the opening just prior to Covid has been hit or miss. The store was very nice, clean and staff pleasant. Over time, employee turnovers, more transient customers sort have turned the 7-11 to an often very messy experience. Garbage containers spilling over in front, garbage in parking lot (included in pictures a bit after the rush of the day). The store near the drink dispensing station is often dirty, counters very dirty with garbage everywhere, spills, wet and trash on the floors. Coffee not always available (empty). With the employee turnover, many non-english speakers often being trained and often having trouble understanding you if you need anything over the counter. But, the employees do the most they can and are always pleasant.

Such a shame it's a brand new nice store.... But they serve spoiled food. When I brought this up to the older Indian gentleman in the store, I got no refund and yelled at.I get loss prevention. I really do... It seems that their policy is customer retention prevention. I won't be returning to this location until something changes.
Refrigerated, hot, and shelf items are consistently expired and not rotated out. This place hasn't even been open that long. Disgusting.

Stopped here for the first time and was impressed with the friendly staff and variety of food items. Lots of workers coming and going, seems to be the go to place for a quick lunch or snacks. A very busy place indeed. Rest room and store were pretty clean for such a busy place. But don't expect 100 percent sanatized, too many patrions and that speaks for itself. Oh, and entrance to the station for me was pretty easy. I am in Temple Terrace every two days and will definitely stop by for gas or a quick snack.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Went to pump six to get gas went inside to pay and waited in line for five minutes just to be told that pump six is down and that he knows there is no sign on it and that coworker before his shift should’ve put a sign on the pump before he left. No apologies, nothing! . So then I had to go back outside to move to a different pump then go back inside to pay and instead of him taking me, I had to get back in line again. You really need to teach your employees better Customer Service, the cashier says his name is Chris after pausing before telling me so I don’t know how true that is considering he wasn’t wearing a name tag.
