very bad today ... the order wrong and walking inside to fix it and still wrong ...if the order no ham eag and cheese only that's mean not given me same sandwich just take the ham and re heated .... and coffee was same .... I was very excited to get there and get an order but nah ... and the vibe was difrent 2 ... I hope change but it's gonna be a while to go again sorry fox tail lost an everyday customer .... thank you

A real gym a bit further down from USF on fletcher. The coffee was decent. What i really love is the ambience and a slight New York loft feel. If you are around the USF area this is the place to come and study or even a chat. Very peaceful to get work done.

Got here at 7:38 on a Sunday and they wouldn’t serve us ice cream they said they didn’t have any ice cream they just had everything covered but the ice cream was there it was hard to get someone’s attention they wouldn’t turn around they were were counting money by the drive thru

Have gone a few times in the last few weeks. Consistently, I have gotten incorrect items. The baristas don't seem to understand what questions they ask at the drive-thru line. Other locations are fine, so I'm not sure if it is just this location, but the opening shift is something I will be avoiding from here out.
Great coffee here. Service has always been good when i go, typically after 4pm. Nice calming setting.

Excellent coffee, horrendous service. This was my favorite coffee place in Heathrow and I was thrilled when the Telecom location opened. But this location has been abysmal since it opened. I don't mind an occasional wrong order or an item being out of stock, because it happens everywhere. However, the service at this location is awful. For example, it took more than 40 minutes to receive a slice of banana bread and a muffin sandwich this morning. I watched as the drive thru orders were being started after my order and fulfilled long before mine was even started. After asking them to cancel the order, they finally started the muffin sandwich. Save yourself the hassle and go a few feet down to Starbucks. Or, go to the Carrollwood location - you can do that in under the 40 minutes you'll wait for this location to even start your order.
