“The food is good and the portion size is good. The staff was nice and gave good service. The restaurant does not have much to offer in terms of ambiance, it's just a standard restaurant in terms of ambiance. But the food and service make up for the lack of ambiance.“
“I had a great experience. We ordered way too much but the food was exquisite. The only complaint I have is that the internet for T-Mobile was slightly less, so the lag in the game killed me so I lost quite a few trophies in this game called brawl stars. I was trophy pushing so I could rank up my dynamike.“
“Food was amazing! True Pakistani taste and reminded me of my mums cooking and food back home in Toronto! The biryani was amazing and so was the Karahi chicken! Definitely will come back! Hopefully they will open a location in south Florida too! Honestly the best Indian/Pakistani food in all of Florida!“
“So grateful to have found this place. The food was remarkable. The Turkish Breakfast was delicious and so flavorful, so was the Turkish Coffee. Ordered the Pide to go and it was delicious. Kubilay, the owner, did an incredible job welcoming, cooking, and helping us choose the best meal. 100% recommend.“
“On my last day in Tampa, I passed by and decided to grab some lunch here. Stratos & Leo were working and were both soooo wonderful! So kind, sweet, 10/10 service + attitude from them both! The place was clean + lively, the food was SO delicious, everything was great! Will definitely stop back in when i find myself back in Tampa ?“
“The service at Istanbul Mediterranean Grill is impeccable, with the owner and his staff - who are passionate about sharing their culture and cuisine with every guest. Whether you're a seasoned food enthusiast or new to Turkish cuisine, they're eager to guide you through the menu and ensure a memorable dining experience. One standout dish is the mixed grill platter, featuring a tantalizing selection of meats grilled to perfection and served with rice pilaf and grilled vegetables. The tender lamb chops, succulent chicken skewers, and flavorful beef kebabs are sure to satisfy even the most discerning palate.Must try: Mixed platter, Sheesh kebab, hummus, Turkish tea, Kunafa.“
“We ordered for the first time and we'll never order there again. The food was extremely dry, not a drop of sauce on either wrap. When I called to complain, the woman said it was the Uber app's fault or I must've messed up. She was ignorant and rude, so I asked to speak to the manager and she said "I Am The Manager". She doesn't deserve a second chance.“
“The chicken and gyro combo platter is AMAZING. This is my favorite place in tampa and my parents always make sure to get it for me when I’m in town. 10/10 such amazing food!!!! If they expanded to Orlando I would be the happiest girl ever“
“Food was absolutely phenomenal, best Philly steak I’ve ever had! My mother in law had a burger and she raved about how delicious it was! Great choice for a late night dinner. We are from Chicago and hands down have never had anything like that back home. Next time I am back in the area, I will be back again!“
“We tried the lamb and chicken kabob meals....so much food. And everything was so good. The lady working the counter (didn't get her name-sorry) was very friendly and helpful. We ended up ordering too much food and took a lot home + sweet treats for later. Overall great food and service. Would definitely return!“
“Persia House of Kababs is one of the few restaurants that serves Persian food in Tampa. It's a great place to come if you're craving Persian food (and you can also stock up on some Persian groceries). The servers are always very welcoming and happy to answer any questions about the menu. The interior of the restaurant is surprisingly modern, but still has a cozy feel. I ordered the chelo kabob koobideh and added a side of jujeh kabob. Of course, I also had to get a doogh (yogurt soda). The koobideh (ground meat) was juicy and had that nice beef/lamb flavor. The rice was buttery and cooked perfectly. The jujeh kabob (chicken) was moist with a delicious grilled flavor. I always love the grilled tomatoes on the side. I would definitely recommend this place for good Persian food in Tampa Bay!“
“There is nothing really special about this restaurant. It is pretty similar to other fast food chicken spots. The only difference being that you are able to select the heat level of the chicken tenders.Overall, I would say it is good to try it but I would not go out of my way to go back.Vegetarian options: There's not really any vegetarian options unless you are planning to just order some sides. All menu items include chicken.“
“DIED AND ARRIVED AT PARADISE!My simple favorites all made fresh, in-store by chef - fantastic homemade flavors: humus, babaganoush, kibbeh, felafel. You haven’t really eaten this food until you have it fresh and homemade - and they are nailing it!Only item on appetizer assortment plate not made in-house was stuffed grape leaves, and they were still very good. The homemade lentil soup was absolutely spectacular - rich, thick, flavoring and spicing wonderful, fresh flavor was stunningly good.Oddly enough, I went to other Petra location downtown and it was so-so and wouldn’t go back - not the same chef as here.“
“This restaurant is the perfect mix of hole in the wall authenticity, plus excellent customer service, plus quality food! I have ordered from them numerous times and each and every meal is delicious it comes well packed it comes perfectly flavored and it comes right on time and fresh! The one and only time there was a minor hiccup due to Uber eats the manager Prasad went above and beyond to make it right even when it had to be rectified the day after due to my Work Schedule. #Customer4Life“
“This is the best halal food near usf. I had the chicken with rice which was so flavorful and a very large portion. Next time I will ask for light sauce bc the white sauce covered everything. The hot wings were very spicy and tasted like typical chicken wings Customer service was great I will be going back!!! I avoided trying this place for months, which I regret bc it's so good!!“
“Somehow this place has escaped my awareness for 17+ years? Apparently was vegetarian and different name for a while. Had lunch here with family and friend last Sat, each (4) of us had a different dish. I had the Chicken Tikka Masala - very good, tasted the Butter chicken - best I've had in Tampa. Shrimp Masala was very good (and spicy!), Shrimp Fried Rice from Indo-Chinese section of menu very good, butter naan was good also. Host was friendly and attentive, prices reasonable. Place was clean. We shall return!“
“During my visit to Tampa for a few days, I went to Kurry Xpress and they were really great there. Expecially Aziz and Sushanth. I arrived there late but the kept the place open to serve me and get me food. They are great at making custom food and options. This place is highly recommended for great service and scrumptious food.“
“Amazing lunch buffet! Friendly staff! Definitely worth driving to Tampa for a weekend lunch thats affordable with amazing food! The butter chicken, naan, poori, chicken curry, carrot salad (I call it) and the mango moose! Made the first impression will definitely be coming back! Great for family, handicap parking upfront easy access!“
“Decided today I was going to try something I hadn't eaten before. Did not disappoint! Though they were fully staffed, they were working on an enormous to-go order.. the gentleman in the front was kind enough to help me through the ordering process as I wasn't clear on all the offerings. It was clear each dish was made to order, but there was seating and we waited. Within 10 mins we were on our way with a Beef Shawarma Arabi, a Chicken Shawarma rice bowl, hummus, and baklava. Everything was tasty and fresh. We will be back to try other dishes. Thank you.“
