We arrived as a party of 6 at 7:45 for an 8:00 p.m. reservation. We waited for 20 minutes to be seated at a table that was open and empty and set up the entire time we were standing around. Upon being seated we were given water and our drink order was taken. Only two got alcoholic drinks. After they received their drinks it was another 15 minutes before the waitress returned to take our order. The food, whether appetizers, main courses, pastas, meats or fish were all good. Nothing was outstanding. Overall a good dinner but not outstanding.

Celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary with friends we chose EVO for dinner and it was outstanding. Simon was our server and she was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made some excellent suggestions. We started with the Sicilian Stack, and Calamari Arrabiata. Both dishes were excellent and flavorful. Entrees were Sunday Gravy, Bucanti Carbonara and two specials, a Frutti De Mar and a double Bone in Pork Chop. Everyone enjoyed their selected dish. Definitely will come back. They have both indoor and outdoor seating options and create and outstanding atmosphere considering they are located in a strip mall. Make sure to make a reservation as they get quite busy.

What A great restaurant beautiful outdoor seating table cloths very intimate setting, we started with the Sicilian stack, it was a nice surprise good size portion. My husband ordered the Sunday gravy so huge portion lots of chunks of braised pork beef and sausage enough that he took some home, I had the cacio de Pepe , also a delicious meal ! The service was amazing there was someone always at your side if you needed them very attentive, but never felt rushed !

Our ground of four ordered the Italian Gravy, the Scampi, a Seafood Pasta special, and the fish from the menu. We also ordered the eggplant stack appetizer and the roasted beet salad. Everyone enjoyed all the various items. We celebrated a birthday and the restaurant gave us a piece of cheesecake as well as the crème brûlée we had ordered. A lovely evening

In the area for the Honda Classic. Reservation was for an outdoor table. At first, we were nervous because a Martial Arts School behind where we were seated was noisy with parents and siblings waiting for class to end, but all was good after about 15 min. Simone was our waitress and she was wonderful. The bread was warm and came with a nice dipping oil. Nancy’s Meatballs for an appetizer. Our salad was burrata pugliese . Entree’s : Cacio de Pepe and the Sunday Gravy. Desserts: Crème Brulee and the Cheesecake. The cheesecake was very light. All, so delicious! It was relaxing and we had to take home most of our entrees. Highly recommend!! Great experience

Beautiful outdoor seating. Very good service. Excellent choices of dishes. Our party of 6 enjoyed our meals except for my self. I love shrimp scampi but last night’s serving with black linguini was tasteless. Very bland and lacking garlic taste although slices of garlic were in bowl. The other 5 dinners were very good and the eggplant appetizer was excellent. Overall, very good dining experience except for my scampi dish.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior look of Evo Italian, open the door and step into an elegant bar area and well appointed dining area. We had beef carpaccio with parmigiano raggiano as starter, delicious. I had one of the best bolognesa ever, mouth watering. Great wine options too! Super Tuscan Il Bruciato (Antinori, Borghese) is delicious and well priced.

Incredible all around! Their outdoor area is private and elegant. The service was completely attentive and not rushed. They have an extensive wine menu, The food-the food is all fresh and delicious-from basics like the Sunday gravy to the fish and meat dishes. It is a must.

I sat outside. Lovely weather despite it being in the dead of winter. I ordered the raviolis. Very tasty indeed, and I liked the bread. Very efficient service. A delightful dining experience.
Sat at the Bar with my friend. Ashley was the Bartender and she was great, very attentive and made a great Expresso Martini. We will definitely be back soon!

Best Italian food I’ve ever had. I love their pasta bolognese and my husband loves their Sunday Gravy. They also have great cocktails! Outside seating is available. Service is excellent! There’s no dress code but it is not as casual as many FL restaurants.

We are consulted on a daily basis by friends, family and various Palm Beach Wine groups for restaurant recommendations and seldom ask others for the same. During a recent stay on Palm Beach Island for my belated birthday , our food connoisseur friend Sheldon highly recommended Evo Italian restaurant and we were lucky enough to get a reservation on Saturday evening Primetime for my Birthday dinner celebration. We arrived early and strolled through the Majestic Gardens with outdoor Gazebo and lawn seating. We were greeted politely by hostess Jackie and our table request was accommodated in a small dining room with Modern Contemporary art. f their smaller inside dining rooms with a background of beautiful modern contemporary art. We started with an appetizer order of their famous Lobster Bruschetta substituted with Shrimp. The Shrimp were so succulent and firm that we did not mind the substitution. The sauce was bread soaking good! We also shared Calamari Arrabbiata which was served in a Spicy San Marzano Tomato sauce with whole Cherry Peppers. The sauce was so good we ate every drop. Our Entrée included Short Ribs with Risotto that was served perfectly Al Dante, neither crunchy nor overdone. Second Entrée was Sunday gravy that could have fed a small carnivorous family. For dessert we had Lemon Ricotta cheese cake reminiscent of Ricotta made from Fresh Milk fat. It was better than we had in Italy. Palm Beach, Jupiter and Tequesta residents are very fortunate to have such a realistic Italian restaurant in their backyard, Chef Erick Petersen has something very special going on and has achieved perfection in Food, Wine selection, Ambience and overall dining experience, so hurry in and tell them Billy Wisdom sent you. PS-We have visited Evo most every week since the first time, like most of their clients do to repeat this amazing Gastronomic experience.

We fully enjoyed our time at Evo. We went for my sisters birthday dinner and they were so kind. The food was Delicious - big portions. They have a great wine list and the atmosphere was great with options to dine inside or on their patio. I highly recommend giving this great local place a try, it won't disappoint.
