There was only one great Italian Restaurant between Ft Lauderdale and Vero Beach....that was Claretta near Stuart. there were NONE in Palm Beach, Jupiter or Tequesta. But now there are two great restaurants. Il Professore was sensational. Best foccacio ever...Fantastic pastas and veal. Remarkable Pistachio Tiramisu. Great wine list. and all under $200 per couple. Run to get a reservation!

What a charming small quaint find this was, located in a unassuming shopping plaza.. Our party enjoyed the appetizers and pasta with perfect texture and after a humorous eyeroll, they accommodated a tomato allergy.

This was our second time having dinner here and the food is amazing. It's not easy to find authentic Italian in this area and this place hits the mark. The chef is from Capri but there are Tuscan and northern Italian dishes in the menu. The place is small and loud (recommend adding some fabric panels on the walls to absorb some of the noise). We've tried a few of the pastas, veal dishes, the chicken Milanese and the bronzino. Everything was super fresh and delicious!!

Really great authentic Italian food. The chef is from Napoli, the most authentic cuisine you can ever have near Palm Beach area. Attentive and sweet staff. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite Italian restaurants. The food is fabulous, and so is the staff. Highly recommend this place. Atmosphere can be a bit noisy, but what restaurant isn't in today's world.

We visited on a recommendation and Il Professore didn't disappoint. It's a 12 table intimate setting restaurant. Four of us went there last night to celebrate a birthday. All of our dishes were excellent. A nice touch was when the chef came out of the kitchen and introduced himself to the patrons. I live nearby in Jupiter and this restaurant could possibly be my new fav. We will definitely be back, sooner than later.

Found this little gem thanks to Open Table. When we drove up and saw it was on the side of a strip mall next to a subway shop, we had a brief pause, but inside was cozy (10 tables), the servers were very kind and knowledgeable, and the food was excellent, as was the wine selection.

The food is good to excellent. The head waiter/maiter d is a thief and incompetent. Aside from charging us twice what we requested for our two bottles of wine we sat with our table cleared and waiting for dessert and coffee while he chatted up another table for a good 10 minutes I would recommend the owner loose this dead weight quickly before other clients realize his lack of professionalism. Oh. Also he butchered a beautiful bronzinni table side. Please your restaurant is to good to have a low class person like this in the front of the house. The two bus boys were awesome. He was beyond terrible. Truly. Your restaurant is to good to have an individual like him work there. Get rid of the bad penny.please .

Great food even better staff, have enjoyed this more than once this season. We like outside as it is very quiet but inside is good as well just not so quiet. Really love their food, especially the specials.

We were there on Valentine's day. The restaurant lost stars for serving the Amuse Bouche after the appetizer. Substituting the vintage year of the wine we requested, forgetting to bring bread and olive oil. I had to ask for fresh pepper 3 times to different servers. The food and service was relatively good although the accommodations/tables were extremely crowded and tight for the space.

May be the most authentic Italian restaurant in the Tequesta/Jupiter area. Every dish was outstanding, made with high quality ingredients along with great presentation. Staff was very attentive and friendly, and they did not rush you out the door. Wine list had several very good options and deserts were the perfect end to an amazing meal. Highly recommend- will definitely be back!

First time at this restaurant last evening. The staff was fantastic, very professional, personable and on point. We started with a mixed greens salad and a spinach salad with baby artichokes. Both were very good. Simply dressed and not overdone. We then had the Cavatelli and the Fip with a side of broccoli rabe. Again, both excellent and very flavorful. The ending included Afogato and a homemade Apple strudel. Delicious. This is a very small, busy restaurant. Make a reservation. The staff could not have done a better job for us.

Fine authentic Italian food. Started with the stuffed zucchini blossoms. As good as we have had in Italy. Then we shared the homemade cascotti cheese. We all enjoyed every dish. Ravioli, Gnocchi, sea food pasta, pasta with mini meatballs, paired it all with a great Amarone and finished our meal off with a homemade rum cake. Service efficient and pleasant. Make a reservation. Restaurant is charming but small. And the secret is out. We will be regulars .

Pleasant upbeat attentive service with nice sparkling cocktails. Began with nice squash blossom /special burrata apps then intermezzo of just OK rizzotto/mushrooms, and wonderful pasta/beef & branzino & dessert. We'll be back. Thank you to all.
