Quite possibly the worst food I have ever been served in a restaurant. EVER. - Went there on Memorial Day. We were the only customers. I ordered the Dolphin Francaise with rice. It came in a shallow bowl, not a flat plate. The rice was on the bottom of the bowl, soaking in an inch of water that was slightly milky white and the fish was on top of the but also in the water. I immediately took it back to the counter and asked why there was water in the bowl. The young man said, "That's not water. It's sauce." I said "Sauce has some type of thickness or texture. It is just a kind opaque water." They drained off the water and brought it back to me. The fish had an egg coating, which because of soaking in the water was just sliding off the fish. I returned it again and my money was returned. $24.50. My sister ordered a $29 Lobster Roll which she didn't eat. I wish I had taken a picture, but I was so shocked it didn't occur to me.

I told my husband in the middle of eating this that if I could go back and be hungry again within the next 5 minutes, I'd reorder this just so I could eat it again. Absolutely delicious!

First time to Lola’s in Tequesta. Really liked it. You order at the counter and a person brings it to your table. No waiters or waitresses. Food is exceptional. It was a rainy day so I ordered the New England Clam Chowder and conch fritters combo and a bottle of water. If you like NE clam chowder, this was excellent and had lots of clams and was not salty. The conch fritters were light and fluffy with lots of conch. I did not care too much for the bam bam sauce. The proportion of men stared to mayonnaise was a little high. I prefer a little sweeter than a spicy hot sauce. I believe you can request another type of sauce but it was fine. I will definitely be returning to this nice restaurant.

Being the first visit to this restaurant, both my wife and I were surprised at its small size. However, food and service were excellent. Be aware that you order your food at the counter and they bring it to you. If you are looking for a fancy sit down meal with table service, this is not the place. However for a great meal with minimum fuss, this hits the spot.

I recommend this place highly. Food and service was A-1. I appreciate the fact this is a QSR, and not a fancy dine in restaurant. This makes the place more makes seafood less Budget restrictive. I had the fisherman's platter, the mahi sandwich, and two beers. With tip I paid about 60. Great value for the quality and variety.

Most of the food was Good, the conch fritters were excellent!!! Shrimp. Spot on! Lobster roll was lacking on the filling and bread, very lackluster!! I've gone to food trucks with way better lobster rolls for about a third of the price with more filling and better bread! Over all it was a good place, just dissatisfied with one item out if 4.

We stopped here for a quick lunch of local seafood. Unassuming restaurant- with fresh delicious seafood. Very reasonable prices and freshly made to order. Great find!

We've been here quite a few times over the past five years and the food has always been good. I usually order Cod Francaise with rice and vegetable and my husband always orders a Fried Shrimp Basket. Although the cod and shrimp were delicious as usual I asked why the rice on my dish was hard and not cooked. I really couldn't even chew it. The surly server responded in such an obnoxious way I was shocked. He actually told me the reason the rice wasn't cooked was because I requested light sauce. He kept arguing with me and had a smirk on his face. I have never encountered a more unpleasant server before. He didn't back down even when I told him the rice was inedible. I CANNOT return to this restaurant again. He could have asked the manager or chef to talk to me or offered a coffee, dessert or just an apology. Instead he kept arguing with me.

Excited to find a place in this area of Florida that offers whole belly fried clams. As a former New Englander I was so looking forward to that delicious liquid burst when biting into that belly. Unfortunately not the case at Lola's. What they call whole belly I would consider closer to strips. No liquid at all. Breading flavor came through more than clam. Very disappointing. Came with a special salad which was excellent. A side order of "bottle neck" fries were also good but overpriced. Since we came for the clams that was the primary reason for the rating. Guess we'll keep searching. Won't be back for the clams.

Awful. I had the linguini with white clam sauce. It was so salty I couldn’t eat it. The clams were so tough and chewy you could not even chew them. Your prices seem to go up but the quality went down. So disappointing.

We’ve eaten at the various Lola’s and never been disappointed, but this meal was outstanding. We tried two specials, the tuna with soba noodles and the tropical seafood bowl. They were amazing, and the tuna was literally one of the tastiest meals I’ve ever had. Go to Lola’s. It’s not only delicious but a great value.

When the place we originally headed to dinner told us a 1 1/2 hour wait we decided to try Lola's down the street. We've been to the north Palm location before and enjoyed it. The tequesta location is smaller and not as busy but just as good! Blackened mahi salad and a fried shrimp and fish platter - really large portions and very fresh.

My first time here. I ordered the mahi francese. I had a choice of rice or mashed potatoes. I opted for mashed potatoes. It was delicious. It had green beans and artichokes. You order on the counter and pay and the friendly cashier will bring out the food when it's ready. Will go back and try other dishes.

Healthy options, fresh seafood, friendly staff, clean place. This is an absolutely amazing place in Tequesta. Although apparently they have three other locations. But I went to my local place and it was beyond perfect. A little pricey, but nothing extraordinary. And definitely get what you pay for. They have throw away cutlery a napkins at every table along with salt and pepper. They were super accommodating giving me more lemons for my seafood. Everything was cooked to perfection and had the perfect flavor. It is in a strip mall so there's lots of parking and even at its peak lunch hour you could still find a spot without walking. Too far. The bathrooms were single stall and clean. I really liked this place.
