At 5:40 on march 30th the working in the restaurant was vary rude to saying she’s not serving me and that theirs closed cus she’s the only person in the building and then proceeded to say the word closed in a sassy tone and I never even said anything just pulled up to the drive through speaker

I ordered 2 Bacon double cheeseburgers... tomatoes and mayo only...1st attempt... ketchup, pickles and mustard...2nd attempt, mayo only...no tomato! Cold onion rings and drink machine was out of everything except sugar free products. The only thing good about this location is the "zesty" sauce... that's probably because BK employees don't have to make them...they just grab a container and THROW it on your tray....try another BK or a competitor!

I'm surprised this location is still in business!! Went to the drive through, sat there for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged, I asked for a rodeo burger and they didn't know what that was I had to explain it to them. I asked for a milkshake and they said that machine was down so I asked for a medium sprite and they said they didn't have any and I said "well it's on your menu" and they said "we are out of sprite. I told them "NEVERMIND" and pulled away!! Don't waste your time at this Burger King in the Villages!!!

When where to get a Burger King Whopper and they didn't even have no meat all they had was chicken and
Fries, onion rings,and chicken fries were absolutely cold, hard and inedible. Both sandwiches were cold and sloppy. One order of onion rings was missing and chicken nuggets were cold and old. Also I didn’t receive any sauces. Worst order of any kind or any where I’ve ever gotten. And on top of that I ordered through Uber and can’t get a refund because what went wrong is not their problem.

I want to report the employee or manager of that store, she is incompetent, she treats customers badly, I order in the application and it is never ready and the restaurant is empty, after that they serve you old or reheated potatoes in an oil that you can tell is not They change, that is, a terrible service. What the employees do there is waste time or stand outside smoking, starting with the manager. They are outside smoking and they come in and don't wash their hands and they go straight to the kitchen to serve food. I saw them when they were serving the food and they didn't wash their hands or even use gloves. As soon as I saw that I threw away the food. There was a previous time that I went and there was an elderly couple and they didn't know how to deal with the gift card that their children gave them, they asked the manager for help and the daring one instead of helping since they are older people and couldn't see well, what she told them It was that she didn't have time to play with it. That's why this place has lost customers due to poor service and having employees incapable of knowing how to serve customers and provide good service. I will never return.
