Today, ordered and paid for 2 crunch salads and only received 1. They gave me the cutlery for 2 but no salad.

This has always been our go to Chick Fil A. But over the last month it has really gone down hill. It seems to be understaffed, although there are always lots of employees around. Almost always only one lane open in the drive thru even though they remodeled to add another lane to accommodate more cars. Unusually distracted employees. I almost never have a wrong order or missing items at chick fil a but just in the last week I’ve had three different occasions of things wrong or missing and by the time I realize it I am home. Employees chatting to each other and playing while at the pick up window, including having to hear about someone’s pimple on their back. Yuck! No thanks. I’m sure Corporate Chick Fil A would be unhappy to hear that they are falling short of their typically wonderful standards. Hoping things turn around or I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.

Me and my family decided to finally try chick-fil-a for the 1st time to see what's all the hub-bub about it. And I want to say that the cashiers were nice and we got our food literally the same time we paid. But these prices are pretty high. Wow, yeah, I know things in this world aren't as cheap as they used to be, but 36.50 for just 3 fries, 2 sandwiches, and 4 tenders dang Anyways when we finally got to eat our food, the fries were very good. But the chicken was not the best. It tasted kinda sweet, which is very strange to me. I thought this chicken was gonna be like the best in the world since I've seen so many people praising it. But it was just odd tasting. So yeah, I'm not a fan of the chicken. Also, I noticed that the soda machine is with the cashiers, so we have to go stand in line when we want a refill, which is very annoying. When it was time for us to leave, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, and the water was scalling hot, and I couldn't change the temperature since it's one of those non touch sinks. But overall, never coming back to chick-fil-a, it's not that exciting. the only thing good was the fries.

I love Chick-fil-a. I have been to many of their restaurants. We visited this location in the Villages yesterday. From our first step in, It was filthy. Especially the floors. After we ordered, we sat down and waited for our food. And waited, and waited and waited. We finally asked someone where our food was as others around us had been served. They went to check and came back with our food. It took 20 minutes to get it. It was not hot. Luke warm. When we left. We went up to get drink refills. And again waited. No one adked if we needed a refill, I finally had to ask someone for assistance.

Girl at register very slow and other people in restaurant were complaining how long it took for the food. I had to get up to check on my order. We order a refill of the coffee and left without checking. In the car we noticed the coffee was cold. Spoke to a young manager who said its a refill and free so nothing can be done. Really at the price I paid its acceptable to give cold refill because its free. Said sorry nothing can be done as I asked if can get a coffee next time. Not good for business it is the not the sharpest way to handle a customer complaint.

This location has issues . Very slow drive thru lines, running out of food choices. The workers are great but I don’t want to wait 15 or more minutes to order than another 10 for food. So not going back after many times of trying to see if it improved.
