Server and food was great, manager was awful. Sat our group of six, with a two year old and a seven year old, directly in front of the stage. When the manager came over, after three of our six left, “I can move you outside and I’m sorry we sit larger groups in this area.” I tried getting him to understand this is clearly a training opportunity with his host group and it was too late to rectify the issue with moving our table. He said he already told me sorry and it wasn’t like he could tell the band to stop. A simple free drink or discount for the inconvenience as part of a way to actually say sorry would have worked, but the “I said sorry” response showed a complete lack of empathy and training.

For our party of 6, this was the first time for only my bride and me. We started with drinks at the bar as we waited for a table. The atmosphere was relaxed and energized. Once seated and having perused the menu, I found multiple items I wanted to try and all at very reasonable prices! Our server, Sky, was a delight and took very good care of us. I ordered some wings for our table and I will admit I have had better but they were uniquely well seasoned and a great starter. For my meal, I opted for the Cajun Shrimp Pasta. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal that I cannot wait to return. It is not often I come across a meal such as this but this one had the right amount of texture, creaminess, seasonings, and perfectly flavorful grilled shrimp. Great job City Fire!

We waited about 20 minutes for the wait person to come to our table. We observed her and a other wait person standing in front of the serving window the entire time we were waiting. Was about to leave when she decided to come over. Once there all went well. Food was ok.

REALLY disappointed by my first visit here. Sign at the hostess stand said "Please wait to be seated" but after 10 minutes of standing in line with no sign of a hostess, I took my chances and made my way to the bar. Once seated, the barmaid simply refused to make eye contact with me or anyone else who did not already have a drink in their hand. A second barmaid did provide a quick hello and a menu, but seemed to forget all about me over the next 10 minutes. Feeling even more thirsty and hungry, I pushed my way from the bar and headed over to Gators, where, at the very least, they seemed happy to seat AND serve me.In fairness, it was the end of Bike week, the place WAS crowded, and they did appear to be short-handed, but that is no excuse for your service people to completely ignore patrons.Would I try them again? Probably, but I won't be as patient next time.
