We've been here before and never had an unpleasant experience. We waited 1/2 hr before our order was taken. OK, so they were busy but other tables that had been seated after us were served their meals way before us. I won't be back.

Ask for Julie's section when you can!The prime rib was tender. The baked potatoes were fluffy. The fajitas were filling. Great experience. I forgot to take food pics!

This is my second time here and my last.started OK then we started to get some of our food. Two orders came.we waiting for the other 4 .29 minutes later. I asked for a manager. 10 minutes and nothing. Then by a act of God it came. Cold still no manager this is totally a bad restaurant for anyone I know. A food truck has better service and food.
Was a long wait. Service very friendly and accommodating. We left our take home package on the table and literally went back 3 minutes later. Already cleared and into the garbage. While it's good they are fast, we were only steps away. Should have asked before tossing it.
2 of the 6 meals came out 20 minutes apart. The 4 meals came out cold.

Wish we had read some of these reviews before we ate at this restaurant. The staff was friendly but the service and food delivery was slow and inattentive, even though the restaurant did not seem all that busy. Long wait for our appetizer and main course, both of which were cold when they arrived. Salads were soggy, and the steak was undercooked and appeared pale and microwaved rather than grilled. Never again.

Absolutely amazing establishment. From the customer service to the food. I may be a bit partial because my grandmother (ma) works here. But our server melssia helped us out with everything we could possibly ask. The food was amazing, 10/10 great prime rib and garlic mashed potatoes.

The food was really good even though one order was supposed to be medium rare and only came out medium. Rather than complain and wait a while, it was half eaten. Our waitress was very good and fast but was very hesitant with smiles. It was extremely busy and we were happy to have had reservations. However, the bathrooms were nasty and need upgraded desperately. They were pretty pitiful for how packed the place was and how many people were there. Obviously, cleanliness concerns we're not there. Makes you wonder about the kitchen?! Oh dear!
