I went in for coffee and a donut and accidentally left my wallet on the counter. Hours later I discovered what happened and frantically went back to see if it was still there. Stephen, the young man behind the counter had put my wallet in a safe place and politely handed it to me. All of my credit cards and cash still in it. Stephen has given me hope for the future and should be commended for his genuine honesty and virtues

Terrible customer service. We arrived at 7:15 pm, nearly two hours before closing, and they only had coffee. No espresso drinks because they already cleaned the machine. How can a business stay in business if you can't sell 90% of your drinks? Management needs to do better. The staff are lazy and rude to customers.

I get it they need more staff . But can I say every single time I go the food and drink is perfect . Never complain , they are always trying there best with customer service . They even help fix my drink a neighbor dunkin made terrible, they added what was suppose to be added and made my drink come back to life. 5 star for sure , 4 for atmosphere when it gets over crowded. But they work hard for what they have . Love this place.
