The new manager is rude. I used to work at this location, and I’ve been coming to this location for a while. Have never had an issue with any employee giving me my military discount. It wasn’t until yesterday she went to take my order, I ordered my normal and asked for my military discount. The manager asked me for my ID, I showed her my veterans ID and she told me “that’s not you” I said “yes it is” and she proceeded to tell me “you are not that person” HANDED me my ID back and didn’t give me my discount. Whatever. This morning I came in, she took my order again and I asked if I could actually get my military discount this time. She said “yeah as long as you show me another ID with that same name on it” I had to show her my LICENSE in order to get the discount. Which I’m not sure is legal since I’m not buying alcohol or tobacco. It’s 2024 learn to read the room.

It's almost like no one cares about their job anymore. This particular Dunkin can't seem to be bothered. The service is slow and half the time the food is either missing an ingredient or cold. Today I was excited to try one of the new empanadas. Just to get down the road, open my food and it was cold. ? Do better Dunkin!

Ordered cold brew with almond milk very dark asked to lighten it was charged 1.07 on to of 4.74. they charge .75 cents for first shot of almond milk. med hot coffee cup leaked. Place was dirty. Will never come back.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. They took well over 25 minutes to make three drinks because they never even started them 15 minutes after we made the order. The only reason they started the drinks is because my girlfriend had to go in and tell them to make them and when she did the same exact girl who took our order claimed we had never ordered drinks in the first place. The only bright spot in this whole restaurant was the manager who was the only person doing anything. I would not recommend coming here
Kids working there were not a happy group. My server was polite, but the girl in charge did nothing but raise her voice and demoralize them. As a customer hearing this, I felt very demoralized and anxious! I spoke to her quietly to register my opinion about her managerial style. Won’t go back. My NE experience with DD is awesome.the store in colony has major issues too-supply issues and help issues.

I come here often on my way to work. This location is pretty inconsistent and some of the employees can be rude but Tom is amazing!! Quick, efficient, and stays kind even when it’s busy. If Tom makes my drink, I know it’s gonna be delicious.
