Food was bad. Rolls were good. Worst service ever. Another table was complaining too. The chicken was rubbery, the speggetti sauce was watery. My grandkid could make a sauce better. I will not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Salad comes out after meal and rolls too. Don't waste your money. It wasn't busy either.

Walk in to order a couple of subs. The welcome from the old bag at the front was less than welcoming. I was ordered to the back like a peasant. Order two Italian subs from the digbat at the register, then who proceeded to ask me not once but twice do I want my Italian subs hot or cold, wtf……

Since the new owners took over this place has gone downhill pretty fast. We ordered chicken parm and was not happy with the meal as the chicken was so thin and tough you could not even cut it with the butter knife that came with the meal what a joke. The little waitress that was serving us that day also a long-time employee was really rude and arguing with us that the owner had cooked the food, and nothing could be done. NOTHING not even a recooked meal or something off the bill, not even sorry. No tip, never going back again.

If you love frozen pizza, you will love this place. Don't bother.

Stuffed Chicken marsala was was terrible Absolutely microwaved everything on my plate. Even the vegetables? the meatballs can only be compared to potted meat. Yuk! The amount of garlic on each piece of bread could have seasoned an entire pot of soup! My gosh this was the worst dining experience I've ever had.

This was my husband and my first time dining here. The service was excellent. The waitress was spot on and very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. You could tell it was freshly made. It is worth the price we paid for our meal. I wish I could remember the name of our waitress as she was very sweet.

I've come here so many times over the years and it's always been exceptional! But tonight...was not. I ordered the stuffed shells, like I usually do because they're my favorite, but these were NOT at all like I'm used to at Giovanni's. I'm a full blooded Italian woman who knows Italian food, and this was disgraceful. The ricotta was grainy and not seasoned at all and the marianara was bland. The rolls were still exquisite as well as the Alfredo, but I barely ate one shell. On top of it, our waitress...I can't even recall her name was rude. She may think she was coming across funny, but she wasn't. We had let them take one of the small cups of marianara sauce with some empty plates, and she asked if we needed it for our other rolls. We told her no and she said, well it's in the trash now anyway. And when we left, she said, looks like I have to clean up after you all. Ummmm...we were stacking our own dirty dishes and napkins and such to make it easier for her. I didn't appreciate it and I just won't be back. I never leave a bad review...ever. But this experience was awful. Three stars is a gift.

Took 2 hrs for a pizza delivery. It was cold, and dry... Worst pizza ever! Dominoes would have been better-

Wonderful food. Very friendly staff eat here every time we go to the Villages! We strongly recommend salads too!

Canned mushrooms instead of fresh used on a pizza, gross. Absolutely lessens the quality of the food served.

I have been in search of Carbonara all over and I was so pleased that Giovanni's has carbonara! I was also extremely pleased with my meal! I will be back!

Ordered two pizzas one with 1/2 sausage and 1/2 plain the other 1/2 veggie 1/2 margarita and a Greek salad. Arrived for pick up and waited 10 mins, which I'm fine as they were busy. Got home to find my Greek salad was a plain salad. Both pizzas were over cooked no margarita at all. Just a terrible first time experience and all that for $48!

Went to Giovanni's for dinner and it seems to be pretty popular so the food must be good. I guess I'll have to wait for another visit if I ever stop back. The waitress sat us and took our drink order. A few minutes later she stopped back by to take our food order and let us know it would be an hour and a half before our meal would be brought out. I didn't understand why this information wasn't passed before ordering drinks. At this time we decided to leave because they seemed to be so unprepared for the evening dinner rush. Another issue was that all the to-go order customers were all packed into the restaurant around the seated customers and it was nearly standing room only. I guess with such a popular takeout restaurant they would have some method of informing the customers while they waited outside then had them come in to pickup their order. Lastly, even the workers couldn't get through the crowd of take-out customers in order to serve their seated customers.

Always good food and great service. We have never been disappointed there. Antipasto was great. Two of us shared a large one. Good job on the fried calamari

Great pizza! Order for takeout or delivery via app. Consistently good. Wide menu options beyond pizza as well.
