Early this morning around 930 I was in the plaza, parking the car and taking my disabled mother into the beauty shop. Bellas and I noticed a emotionally disabled man who was black walking down the plaza and it was clear that he had some issues mentally I get out of the car to take my mother and get her walker and two of your employees or at least one of them the other was 14 I believe it was her daughter, but the older one was being combative with this Gentleman and when I told them to leave him alone, she got vehemently disrespectful with me and used Language language that was horrendous And then got her 14-year-old daughter involved, and her daughter was just as despicable was. It was so bad I had to call the police because she threatened to damage. My car beat me up get her daughter involved and she is an employee of yours. Let me just say if this is the type of people that you have working for you. I'm a resident of the villages who owns three homes in fact my Birken bag Cost more than her car. I will never step foot In your establishment and have already told my neighborhood the other neighborhood I have a house in and I will get to the other one To inform them of the staff that you have working for you she literally looked like she rolled out of bed. Not like she was going to a job and it's fine if you delete this, but I'm also going to Yelp Facebook and I'm calling your corporate. Whoever is in charge of this restaurant you need to clean house and to the women that berated herself to a disabled man and to me.... Stay toxic and I have a feeling that you've been involved with the police plenty of times probably whiy you're working there. The cop took one look at me, and one look at her and knew who the problem was. The example you set for your daughter was horrendous, sad pitiful, and she should be removed from your care avoid this place. This is the kind of people they hire classless trash.

I watched 2 customers take their dogs in to pick up pizza. Nasty! Leave your dogs at home they will be fine. I do not go to places that allow this.

I like the food when the right staff makes it, but it's aggravating because they're "not allowed" to accept large bills cause they've gotten fake ones. At 9pm they make it difficult to go break 100 somewhere cause they don't have a marker or the smarts to check a watermark. It's not the customer's problem a franchise company can't give change.

horrible customer service , i placed in an order and had the order delivered when the order came not all of the order was done correctly once i called to inform the store of the mistake the person who took the order last name jones response was the order was not incorrect and she had a feeling that "you ppl" as she referred to me would complain about something and she should have taken a picture of the order. She went on to scream into the phone aggressively and belligerently about how the order was not wrong although i am trying to convince her that it was about 15-20 minutes went by on the phone i was so uncomfortable i dismissed receiving a refund or the food being replaced. I will never order from this location again. i hope no one else has to experience the same treatment.

Subs are not subs. They are not made on a sub roll. Ingredients are put on a small pizza dough round, cooked like a pizza, and then folded in half. Very strange. It was tasty though.

We thought we would try your Large Pepperoni Thin Crust Pizza, but were very disappointed in it after paying extra for the Thin Crust. The primary complaint was that it was over-baked and dried out! Also, the slices of Pepperoni were brittle on the edge and extremely thin. We aren't asking for anything, but we don't plan on returning. - Sam & Char Williams
