Never been to this IHOP location before, but my dad was extremely hungry after a surgery.. excellent service and staff assisting us to the nearest table, brought us coffee before we could even ask ? we all had the biscuit and gravy combo just different cooked eggs I'm always total scrambled lol just perfect and yes I love lots of pepper ?

We were told that our party of 7 could not be seated until all 7 arrived... once they arrived, we were told we could not sit together but at separate tables... that was the first time for both... we always sat & ordered before all arrived. We ho there because they can get us out with good food and service normally within an hour... but instead, we rejected the wait policy and then rejected not sitting together... so we went to another restaurant and had breakfast ?...

Omg! Bring your hat, snowsuit and mittens! This place is ALWAYS freezing. Its too bad because the food is fast and good. They always give some excuse why its so cold, its the floors, the humidity, we dont control it. EVERYONE who came in complained about how cold it was. Not just cold, its freezing.

Worst ihop ever!!!!Maybe I didn't look "old" enough.Probably I was the only one who was not a senior citizen in that place, the service was not good at all. The funny part was when a "older" couple sat in front of me, I noticed the service was way better. Well, never again.
