When in about 2 o’clock to get a quick lunch because the Jersey Mike’s and Lady Lake is always so fantastic and we didn’t know this location existed so we shopped at Publix went over to get some lunch. Let me just say that since Covid most places suffer from short staffing, and I understand that, as I am a bartender, and have been for the past 15 years. We walked in nobody said hello or anything. There was an older gentleman behind the counter. He looked so miserable. He just stood there until I opened my mouth first Then was annoyed because I didn’t know what I wanted so finally, I ordered my sub and my boyfriend was still looking and he said that’s all for you and I said no he’s gonna order something so once again, he was annoyed that we were ordering something else as this all was going on. There was a girl with short hair, changing out the trash bag. She hurled the trash over the counter then with her foot jumped over the counter, that I am about to get my sub on. It was absolutely gross. I almost said I’m done right there but I was so hungry . The older gentleman made our Yeah subs did not ask if we wanted mayo condiments anything then the girl with the short Hair cashed us out did not ask us if we want drinks or straws or anything like that so I spoke up and said can I have two ramekins of mayo, and there was another guy that was cooking the subs that seemed very annoyed , mayo and ramekins gave it to the girl with the short hair, she rung me up before I even had a chance to say I wanted to drink. Finally, I spoke up and said I’ll take two drinks and she was annoyed too. Then we get in the car and our surprise the subs were terrible. There was no condiments. The cheesesteak had barely no cheese. It was dry. It was nothing like the location and lady Lake. I will never come back to this location super unprofessional staff, and not friendly at all. Do better times are tough right now and people spend $30-$50 just for lunch these days the least we could get is somebody with a smile on their face that older gentleman is extremely miserable and needs to get another job.

On hot subs ...they skimp on the meat. You do not see them putting the sandwich together as with the cold subs ... they cheat!
I’m not one to leave reviews but this store needs HELP. it seemed like nobody except one lady knew what they were doing and even she wasn’t great. I asked for a pepperoni and salami and they gave me 2 THIN slices of salami and 2 THIN slices of pepperoni and called that a sandwich. There was barely any meat and everyone just seemed clueless. the store was completely backed up, there is clear training needed.

First time in several years in jersey mikes and loved they have grilled steak and chicken subs. I was there between 11:30 and 12:00 very busy but I noticed how efficient and friendly staff was . Customers were able to get their food and move on! We ate in so was easy to observe the efficiency! Good job!
