Met a new friend here last weekend. Ordered a smoothie and a tea. Was given a cup for the tea and told to make it myself and for the smoothie I had to go to another counter behind which was the rudest girl ever. Smoothie had the consistency of milk. Thin and tasteless. Never again

TERRIBLE PLACE TO EAT!Ordered on the app because there was a long line. Got my food and the Mac and cheese was not even half way filled. The bread was not fresh and smaller than usual. Basically the size of a hot dog bun. The pizza had a lot of red sauce and barely any cheese to the point that you could mostly see is the sauce. Counted about 5 pepperonis on the pizza. THEY ARE SUPER STINGY WITH THE PORTIONS. When I asked if that was the correct amount, the people behind the counter just responded with “that’s all you get”The ceiling tiles are moldy and the vents have rust all over. The bathrooms are completely disgusting, you’re better off using hand sanitizer and holding it until you get home.Overall, ZERO stars would be given if there was an option.The only reason why this restaurant is still standing is because it’s conveniently in the square. Besides that they would close down. Food inspectors need to do monthly checks in this Panera!

So she was well aware of that this is where they are having their patrons wash their hands and where the employees wash their hands.

Twice we ordered in last month for delivery, and twice we did not receive all of our order. And twice we were told we could go pick up items that were missing. No credit, no refund, anything.There is a reason why people do or need food Delivered.?
Music was playing, or as most at tabe said, TO LOUD NOISE. I asked for volume to be lowered, and some music for seniors, 98 percent of clients.Might be little lower, same noise.

Ok so Panera food is nothing I can complain about but the service, just one particular employee. I mean, If you ask a question then answer it, if you don't know the answer, then say just that.Now, my favorite thing to get at Panera is the orange scone but apparently it's everyone's favorite at this location too so if You're looking for it, come super early, right at opening time.This place also fills up with people so a great place to mingle and chat with the locals but don't expect to find a seat during lunch or possibly dinner.

Overpriced food with anemic portions of meat. The staff place online orders behind the counter so you are stuck waiting in the typically long line with only one cashier because they refused to put them in the order online pick up shelf directly to the right of the register.

Highly do not recommend working for this place they don’t treat people or their employees kindly so if your thinking about working here i don’t suggest it at all speaking from experience . I promise you there are better places with better management then this place
