I went to celebrate my wife’s birthday and the restaurant was not even 30% , first it took 10 minutes for a server to come then we ask for a Pepsi and a sangria, 10 minutes after we had nothing. At this we decided to leave the restaurant and talk to the manager the server just start waiving from the kitchen saying bye that was pretty rude and the manager just said that they were very, that was a lie. I love red lobster and hate that branch, horrible costumer service. Probably they don’t like Latin people I’m very offended

Came for Lobster fest. Was looking forward to the twin Lobster tail special. Then our server told us it was unavailable.After a short talk with the manager , he handled the problem. I had a happy birthday because of Terrance the manager. Great manager.

Greeted by manager and a server upon walking in: ✓Friendly server is at out table in less than one minute:✓Drinks brought back promptly:✓Food arrives in about 10 minutes and is perfect:✓Not once did we have to wait for refills or anything else we asked for:✓ A great lunch. 5 stars.Went back recently for Thursday special, scallops & shrimp. Service was fine but the quality of the seafood has changed. Definitely farm raised. A little bland.
