This woman is in here making subs for walk in customers, preparing pickup orders, and keeping the area clean with zero help. Please subway give this woman at the very minimum an incremental raise, this is unfair. The zero star rating is to shame this woman's superiors for allowing this to happen. Her attitude is incredible, she is very well spoken, efficient, kind to customers. Why would you allow something like this to go on unrewarded?

This store is spotless. They always clean. The food was the best quality I’ve ever had at a subway. The girl behind the counter made my day with excellent customer service . She was working with her manager who was a great leader.Dietary restrictions: Fits within my diet.

Sometimes I go there when I'm in a rush. I always get a few cookies. But for some reason, the cookies are always half baked and/or overbaked. Often, they don't even have all their items available. The staff seems apathetic about it.

I called my order in before 6pm, my payment was taken and we were getting ready to leave the house to pick it up when a young man called to say there was no beef and NO BREAD, so he would be giving me a refund, which took up to 2 days to get back on me card. What sandwhich store runs out of bread? 2 hours before closing or even at all. That's just absurd and very sad. We had to go elsewhere to eat. Not happy at all.

On my visit this time I had the BMT. My sandwich was made my an amazing sandwich artist. It was perfect and exactly what I expected from Subway. The only thing they can do better is have a bit more meat and some better oil & vinegar. I asked for it on mine and it was a bit bland. This location is always clean so I'll be visiting again very soon!

10/05/2022 worst sandwiches ever.Was not made right - they were out of everything, the bread tasted old, the kid said he toasted both sandwiches but they were not. Ask us six times what we were having. Memory was bad!! Didn’t put half the stuff we wanted!!! Real bad experience!!!

Ordered deluxe protein bowl, paid $2.00 extra and did not receive any more chicken than I would have without paying the extra $2. I have reached out to Subway and received a generic email back saying sorry for your experience……. Nothing more

My wife went to get us dinner was going to order 3 subs, there were 3 people in the store so it should have been a real quick in and out thing, however they were instead working on a call in order of 6 subs one of the employees was going to help my wife real quick as soon as he stopped the lady yelled at him start putting cheese on those subs she is going to have to wait, to me this makes no sense why couldn't one of them help customers if there was 3 of them.

This review is about 2901 Traverse Trail, The Villages, FL 32163. Placed and order for two large foot-longs on line. Paid for the order on line. Went to restaurant to pick up order. Clerk in store said she could fill my order because she was "out of bread" I said "your couldn't call and let me know so I didn't waste a 3 mile trip to your store." She said "Oh, I'm sorry I couldn't call, I was too busy. I said "how do I get my money back?" The clerk said to go on line. There is no provision on line to request such a refund. She never apologized for the inconvenience in this. Subway has lost a customer for life.
