First & last time at this establishment. The online menu does not match the menu in restaurants. They need to update the online to match in the restaurant. The classic burger was supposed to have a "special sauce " on it, but as you see, it was a burnt bun with an overcooked WELL patty ( says all burgers cooked to medium unless otherwise instructed) & a slice of cheeses. DRY! Lettuce, tomatoe, onion, and pickle spear were under the fries. The 2nd burger, the hangover, while it looked presentable (no pic), was the same, hard burnt bun. Overcooked WELL burger and tasteless with the " toppings" under the fries. I called to make a complaint, and the girl listened and was nice enough & took down my name & and number, so "scott" whomever that is, could call me back. 6 hours later, still no call. Worst burgers ever, if I wanted to waste $40 on a lunch of 2 burgers & fries, I just as well could have eaten out of the garbage! Oh, I did order an angel cake dessert, that was good. This is a place where I will definitely encourage ANYONE that I know, not to visit! If a restaurant can't master a simple hamburger, I sure wouldn't trust any other dish they make! I don't like to give bad reviews, but this one was well deserved!

Hostess was short with me when our large group showed up for our 1:00 reservation. She told me it was down in their books for noon, they were ready for us then, and they had already disassembled the tables and we're resetting everything up. I told her we always make our reservations for 1:00, and that I'm not the person in charge. She told me there was no phone number taken down, which if the person taken the reservation had been on top of things, they should have gotten one. I was not the one involved in the arranging and it was not the welcome I expected. My Cobb salad was delicious until I found the 3" long gray hair in it. I will not be returning.
