I used to bring my daughter to this location every Friday after school. This has been ongoing for over a year. Last few months it’s been declining. Today was the LAST day I will go to this location. Should have known I would drive off when you pull up to speaker. And after sitting there for a hot minute you have to say”are you open” The you pull to the window and There is like 8 people just walking around including what looked like a manager, I wasn’t sure since he looked at drive thru saw no one had even greeted me, and kept playing and messing around. I don’t what their hiring process is for managers or staff is but it sucks. They expect a tip but there is experience worth tipping. Much like last posting I’m done with this location.I will add there was 1 car in front of me already window and when I left there was 5 cars behind me. I feel sorry for people behind me

Nice little smoothie shop. Prices have gone up a lot, making it pretty expensive for anything here, but overall decent. The smoothies are a bit on the sweet side as well.

Never had a bad experience prior throughout any other franchise until I placed an order at this location. The franchise is run by children who believe they are above everyone. They were very ignorant upon going through the drive-through to pick up my order, not answering the intercom, and once I approached the window, informing me that, regardless of the order being placed and paid for in advance that they would not serve me, instead, wanted me to come inside to pick up the order. I informed them that I would not be able to do that and would instead need to cancel the order if I couldn't get it through the window because I had an infant in the back and a disability that would've disabled me from bringing my son inside, holding him and the food. I then had to cancel the order and call customer service where they had informed me that they would be able to do nothing, but notify the store manager, who had called me and told me , he would give me vouchers in regards to the inconvenience that I had caused to me. The entire situation left such a bad taste in my mouth for this franchise. I will definitely not return and would not recommend for any of my friends or family when they come to visit the villages.Wheelchair accessibility: Doesn't accommodate for disability.

Unreliable business hours. Says it opens at 7am. Show up at 7:37am and door is closed.Location is: 4058 Wedgewood Ln, The Villages, FL 32162Adding this bc on a separate day this was my, again, unpleasant experience at same location:staff is unwelcoming. I felt like a random person trying to get the attention of college students speaking amongst themselves. They do not acknowledge you when u come in even if place is empty, they ignore you as u stand there by cash register, they barely communicate as if you’re not worth their time, they’re not friendly when they do finally communicate. their dismissive attitude makes it an unpleasant experience for customers. Feels like they need to have a manager on site and they need training on customer service. Food and smoothies are not delicious enough to justify their uppity attitude.

Have been to this location three times but have been to other locations in other states numerous times. Like the smoothies, but today we went for late afternoon smoothies. Husband wanted mango monsoon and I was told they were out. Guy behind me orders mango monsoon and girl makes it. Confused! I like kiwi quencher and it’s so refreshing. Today it was so icy and hardly any flavor. Guess it matters who makes it…
