We ordered a HUGE delivery order (over $100) and it came with NO plates, NO napkins, NO FORKS FOR SALAD, and NO CUPS FOR DRINKS! The whole point of a delivery order is it comes DELIVERED READY! This made our food lose value and they wouldn’t even give us a partial refund after we called. Extremely disappointed in the quality and service.

The night time young lady I think her name is Shaylee went above and beyond to make sure we got our pizza and cheesy bread. Howie's food and delivery is some of the best I've ever had for a commercial pizza joint but their new(er) website and app are terribly frustrating. Edit doesn't work right and many veggie options are missing and really too much for me to deal with anymore. Love the food but the headaches are too much for something that should be very easy.
Well, it looked really good....If you like Little Caesars Pizza then this pizza place is for you. Service was fast and friendly though.

I called them yesterday. Wacky Wednesday. Ordered a pepproni pizza with thin crust expecting the $7.99 price but the total was $12. I asked why so much. Response, thin crust is expensive to make. I cancelled the order and called the corporate office. No response. No more hungry howies for me.I also looked up recent health inspections done by Hillsborough county. They are not good. Food holding violations and manager has no proof of food safety certification. How did you get hired without proof of certification? I'm done with this restaurant.

Driver gave herself additional tip when left blank after already being given a tip since it’s right down the road. Manager was unapologetic about it and accused my son of righting in tip because of drivers own pen ink. That now has to be disputed with my own bank for fraud. Below picture of the difference. And very unsanitary for food to be placed on floor.
Ordered 3 subs, a salad, and a 2 liter of soda online. Went to pick it up and they handed me my subs and just walked away. I had to flag her to come back and give me the rest of my order.

They always make my pizza exactly the way I want it. I do not like tomato sauce. So they put garlic butter sauce on there instead for meKid-friendliness: Kids are welcome in there. But there is no place to sit and eat. Take out only
