My favorite breakfast/brunch option in area for a quick bite. Love their variety of bagels from sweet to savory. Everything is made to order except for the coffee. Wouldn't try buying the coffee again unless it's immediately after they open so you know for sure it's fresh ??

Hours are posted in a conflicting manner. Google says 2pm close, their physical location door says 2pm. The OPEN neon in the window was on, but the flip sign said Closed. Bagel 13 took over all of the Bagel World locations in the area many moons ago and they're probably the last restaurant of this style in the area, specializing in bagels, bagel sandwiches, quick breakfast bites, coffee, and some lunch options.I've been coming here for years and I've always had a great experience. Their coffees and lunch are good, bagel sandwiches are great, that's where they shine.I admittedly come less frequently than I used to when they first opened. Back then, the place was always busy. Recently I've noticed that they're usually very slow if not totally dead. I've also noticed that they appear to be closed sometimes when they're supposed to be open.It pains me to see a local business struggling, especially one I enjoy going to. I hope that whatever they're going through passes and they're able to make it through. I think if they had some promotions, maybe a sign waver out front, they could drum up some business. They've a large captive audience.

First time at Garden st location. Not impressed at all. Everywhere you looked there was out of order signs. No soda, no Expresso. Place is a dump. Bagels, I give them a 2 out of 10. Publix bagels are better. Needless to say will not be back

I placed an order and paid for it online. According to their normal hours they should have been open. I get there and the doors are locked with no cars in the driveway. I get it, things happen, maybe someone was sick and couldn't open. However, if that is the case, you need to shut down your online ordering because my transaction still definitely went through and I will have to dispute the charge with my bank

Ordered Lunch Through Online on 06/15/23 and It Stated any Order Would Be Ready At 1:30 pm , Charged Me $15.82 . I Got To The Store And It Was Closed Early, They Had A Sign They Had No Gas So They Have Nothing To Cook With . I Have Called The Restaurant Several Times And They Don’t Answer.

Went to get my mom and Aunt some bagels for breakfast since McDonald's stops serving breakfast at 11. My mom couldn't eat hers! The bagel was rubbery and the meat for the Steak was not pleasant. Definitely a bit pricey, just under $20 for 2 bagels! But everything is pricey nowadays.

Wanted something "light" not too heavy and found this place...good stuff! My husband got the omelet and loved it, I think maybe even better than mine. I got the cuban and was also very good. Great service too
Definitely has gone down over the years. Employees on their phones when customers arrive and don’t greet you, you’re met with a sigh and an eye roll as if it’s a problem you’re there. They also stand right outside the front door smoking with their sagging pants.

If you're looking for lox then this is your place. Fresh bagel, fresh tomato, succulent smoked salmon, and perfectly placed capers with sweet red onion slices all between your choice of cream cheese flavoring. 10/10 times will go back.

Really used to like this location. Quality and accuracy are hit and miss. Today's order was wrong, sandwich was assembled haphazardly, and only a single slice of meat.

Placed a to-go order of 16 bagels. I called to make sure they could be sliced and the person who answered the phone said it would be a $3 upcharge which I was perfectly okay with. After I told her that is no problem she changed her mind and said they weren't going to slice them since they were really busy that morning and didn't have time. I told her I didn't have a knife in order to cut them, she said she would include a plastic knife in the bag. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Got the Bacon, Egg & cheese sandwich on plain bagel & Avocado toast add tomato. Absolutely phenomenal! However I am only giving 4 stars due to the fact that it’s super expensive compared to some other places (this could be due to inflation so not necessarily their fault) & the wait time was super long. Maybe there was a rush before we got there but it wasn’t busy at the time we were there so will try again and update review after;
