What an experience! The food was to die for, or at least it would have been had I managed to swallow it. I was surprised that the toilet was under lock and key and surmised it was to keep the cleaner out!.

Service was awful, she was very evident in the fact she didn't want to be there. Trash cans in lobby out of order as well the soda machine. Once our order was done she literally threw the bag on the counter & attached is a picture of their chocolate

Never really had a bad experience at Burger king... With that being said this one definitely needs some renovations. The drive-thru box doesn't work, and when you go inside to place an order it seems like you're bothering them to even go in to get food.My food is a whole different subject, not very good.....

Vile. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t expecting a Michelin restaurant quality meal from a fast food facility in the middle of nowhere, but this was appalling. I have ordered the Impossible Whooper, the veggie patty was all dry and served with an odd green sauce tasting slightly like mustard,–even the gherkins tasted a bit off. I could not finish my burger, neither could I finish my fries. The toilets were gross, I am unsure why they are locked with a "for customers only" paper on it, as if anyone else would want to use them. I have only seen (and smelt) the ladies’s and never ever have I witnessed toilets that gross. My nephew asked to use the ladies’s toilets (which were empty and locked) after having had the misfortune of going to the gents’s.We came to read reviews on that place for a laugh, reading that people got food poisoning from the place makes me grateful my palate could not tolerate that meal.

Staff is rude and acts like you're inconveniencing them by being there. The food isn't fresh or appetizing. Other locations seem fine, but this one is just the worst. Burger King clearly doesn't care about food quality or customer service.

Saturday September 2nd 3 pm only one person in front of me and two on drive through .the place was really dirty and soda fountain not working .Staff does not care at all about service . Does not seem like they even want to be there. Orders piling up in the 10 minutes as I'm sitting in the lobby. Orders not being filled correctly and two workers more worried about their breaks than helping the team . I get this not the best area to expect any good workers to come out of. But plenty of people do come and visit the area. And unfortunately you give this low bar service to the visitors of your area - those who help the local economy. I'd definitely not be back to this location . Not even if the food was brought to me at my house and free.

This place is horrible. Came in on a Saturday night at 8:30pm. Someone was sweeping the lobby. She stopped to take our order and acted like we were a huge inconvenience for coming in the lobby. Then it takes 20 minutes for some chicken nuggets, fries and a whopper. Every person in this store is lazy and not worth the minimum wage their paid. Then after we get our food, she very obviously put our food in a bag because she didn't want us to eat in the lobby like we wanted. We ate in the lobby anyways and got nothing but nasty looks from the ghetto girl with pink hair. Just close this location down. They've always hired horrible employees
Tried the new chicken wrap. Wrap was cold, chicken didn't look like advertised sandwich. The chicken was fresh from fryer. Hardly any honey mustard. Defintely won't waste my money on this sandwich again.The girl at counter was very nice, not enough help.

I've never seen more horrible serviceI just left the drive thru at 1:20 pm, and the employee at the drive thru cussed me out, using very vulgar languageI would've fired her right on the spot!I WILL NEVER EVER go there again!!I will be posting this on every forum that gives me access to write a review!!!She even said this in front of my daughter!

The manager on duty on 7-28 in afternoon refused to substitute fries for onion rings with store coupon. Really? Every BK has always allowed me to do so without question, including Orlando stores. She says they go by the rules and coupon states no substitution. This manager must be on CRACK! No wonder they have no customers each time I've been there. Never keep same employees, must be boredom from no customers. Downtown Burger King (S. Washington Ave.) is the scum store. Service is lousy, employees too lazy to make fresh fries, unless you ask.I would recommend going to McDonalds down street where service is far better and rewards earn you free food and points. I'll never go to this scummy restaurant again. Not the first bad experience but it will be the last.Bad reviews from this store speaks for itself. Downtown BK , just GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!
