Was expecting a lot more. Eggs were cooked perfectly, put everything else was a disappointment. My potatoes and biscuit were barely warm / cold, my waffle was soggy, fountain soda was weak (maybe empty syrup), smoked sausage was meh.Was really looking for a lot more.Some of the staff were very friendly, My server a little less so.

Had brunch today there and for the second time it took forever to get our food. Over 45 minutes. Then when we got our orders they were barely warm. My eggs were cold. Today will be the last time we go. Used to be very good.

I am fairly predictable. I've eaten here twice. I get the veggie omelette, hash browns, English muffin, and coffee. Food comes up quick, its hot, and tastes great. Daylia and today Heather were great about keeping my coffee full, and making sure I had my hot sauce (they have Chalula!).

While we haven't eaten inside, we have gotten delivery and are super happy every time. Tonight was no exception. After a busy day we ordered a bit late, but thought there was time. They had to heat up their oven/irons to make our food and insisted even when I said it would be ok. Food was delicious, waffles are always a winner.

Couple years ago this was a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. Today I went in and wasn’t sure if I was in a diner or a nursery. Kids running around behind the counter dread lock kids staring at people with no direction, cooks arguing with each other etc.place seems disorganized and the portions are smaller. The new owners are dropping the ball on this place in my opinion. The old Pittsburgh owned place was much better.
Service was business-like. Food was served fast and hot.

C waffles is great. I love it. All the people are awesome. Crystal is always helping feed the community and doing what she can to enrich the lives around her. If you are hungry, or just need some cheering up, go to Crystals Waffles. What a beautiful soul she is.

We went there after church. Because in the past, when they first opened, this was a good restaurant. wow, this was the worst place we have been to in years! The manager was so rude. Uncaring, obnoxious, backtalkingto us and talking about us to her employees behind the counter but we could hear her. I just was dumbfounded by her attitude! It took them forever to come and get our order. Took forever to bring us a coffee. It took forever to get the food out. But the biggest thing is that the couples next to us at the same table which were older people out of church and us. All sitting next to each other we're one table away from the boom box. The music was extremely extremely loud. We asked 5 different people there, including the manager. And nobody wanted to turn the music down. The manager said go to the front where the door is and sit there, which we couldn't because the place was busy already at those tables. The rudest most unfriendly person I have ever met! sShe was a heavy set girl that had long braids on either side (like Indian braids). And, just thought that she was it and told me that that was her place and that she owned it and managed it. So if we didn't like how loud the music was, we just needed to move or not, come back! The audacity!! I still don't believe that. Obviously she has never heard of the expression that the customer is always right. My husband and I and the other couples that were next to us. All decided, we will never, ever go back there again. Unless we hear that that rude and considerate woman is gone. I believe she's just way too young and does not have enough experience knowing how to run a business.
