Wow, such a disappointment today at fire house subs, I don’t know what’s going on but whoever you are buying your bread from you may want to switch distributors , it’s way too sweet and so “THIN” u can barely eat the sub. I don’t know if I will be back , it’s a shame because I used to like fire house subs.Parking: Open free parking lot .

Monday January 22, 6:43pm Firehouse used to be our "go to" place when we couldn't decide where to eat. Tonight changed that. Clearly standards and/or management have changed. As we approached the counter to place our order, a female team member said very abruptly...It will take it least 15-20 minutes to get your food. Unfortunately we ordered anyway. Didn't mind the 20+minute wait but the subs were disappointing. There was marinara sauce on my hook and ladder where a dirty knife was used to cut my sub. Very little meat on all of our subs. Meatball sub was dry. Just overall very disappointed with our meal, atmosphere, team member spirit or lack of. AND THEN MY HUSBAND SAW THE SAME LADY TAKE THE BROOM THAT SHE WAS USING TO SWEEP THE FLOOR, AND SWEEP SOMETHING OFF THE FOOD PREP COUNTER!! Management please watch your video.

Today was not a good day for the cook or person preparing the food.You couldn't tell the Steak and cheese was even toasted, meat not even warm and sandwiche was soggy.I only live 5 minutes away and should've taken it back.
I LOVE IT EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS COOKED AND MADE FRESHLY. IM A LOVING SHOPPER AT FIREHOUSE SUBS. TITUSVILLE FL. The staff here are always very friendly and quick to get your order completed. We come here for lunch once a week.They keep to the firehouse standards for food and quality and we've never had an issue with the food here.

I don't know why I keep coming back. The service is not good and 2/3 times they've messed up my order that we've taken to-go. And of course, hadn't realized it until we got home. Opened up the box ready to devour it only to find out it has tomatoes in it and no onions. Luckily my husband was able to eat. So it wasn't a complete waste and I ended up eating something else. I have a slight reaction to tomatoes so that's the reason why I asked for my sandwich w/o tomatoes. Not that I owe anyone an explanation. But honestly this is the second time at this location that it's happened at. First time I didn't check in or review but we got a salad and chilli. Only one made it home. We really should've learned our lesson and checked our food before we leave. This location always seems to have the grumpiest non-friendly workers here. I don't get it. It doesn't hurt to smile or say hello when customers walk through the door. As a customer, I've had to say "hello, how's it going?" First at both times. I say please and thank you as well. After my purchase this time, the cashier gave me my receipt and before I could finish saying thank you his back was already turned to the register and was chatting away. We're gonna take a break from here until they can get it together.
