Ordered a 12 piece nugget meal. Had to wait 10 minutes for them. That’s fine, as long as I get fresh food. Get back to work to eat, and there are only 8 nuggets. And they have no flavor. The lady was nice, but obviously incompetent.

I just ordered for my coworkers and myself and the food was horrible!! They left out half our order and the chicken had blood coming out of it!!! Do Not eat here unless you want food poisoning or worse!!!

this store will never recover after u fired the only manager willing to do the job lol this kfc sucks on top of that ursala the district manager is the absolute worst at keeping her mangers in line to the point they fired the wrong manager bring her back so the store can run at the efficient standard she brought the kfc

Stopped by for chicken and fries an hour before closing, and they had already shut down their fryers, were mopping, and pretty much closing shop. We were not the only ones trying to get food either. There were customers walking out with nothing in their hands when we arrived. We were quite surprised - especially on a launch night.
