I placed an order online and waited until a few min before my scheduled pickup to go in. When I got there I was informed that it would be about 10 more minutes as they were in the oven. I then watched the manager ask the employee if they confirmed the order and they affirmed what I ordered and the manager then begins making it. If you forgot to put the order in the oven… own it… don’t tell me it’s in the oven and will be 10 more minutes when it’s a 7min conveyor oven. Just be honest… maybe I don’t have time to wait for your mistake… but I should at least be given the option to make that choice if you didn’t do the work properly when the order came in. There was no apology just that it was in the oven… and when choosing the ones that I got the manager didn’t even bother making sure they were consistent in size… I ended up getting a refund the department of health is getting called on the fact that employees were wiping their noses on their hands then handling food… this place has gone downhill and needs to be shut down

Fed up!!! I ordered at 5:00 I didn’t get my order till 6:40. The woman told me on the phone that it would be ready in 25 minutes. I know that is NEVER the case so I waited to drive up there. My food was still not ready. I got my supreme pizza, an extra cheese pizza that was not extra cheese, 3 sets of wings that were hot, and two bag of garlic bread that I had to wait another 5 minutes on. When I got home my pizzas were cold and mushy. The price was different then what the girl told me on the phone to. She said it was 53.?? When I paid it was 57.??…. Not accurate, not good, not going back!!!Parking: Garden Street Little Caesar’s parking is shared with a laundry mat and Winn Dixie. You’re not going to find good parking at all!!

My fiancee ordered a pretzel crust cheese pizza, upon coming home and opening the box. We realized that used regular pizza dough and not the pretzel. When my fiancee took it back up there, they had the nerve to tell him that the crust WAS the pretzel crust when it wasn't. VERY disappointed.

These employees run on about half a brain cell. I ordered half pepperoni, half green pepper deep dish with two garlic dipping sauce. Handed me one garlic butter, one cheese jalapeño sauce. I had that corrected. I then opened the box and it was two pepperoni deep dishes. I told them again half pep half green peppers. I waited 15 minutes for it to be remade. Just for it to be made without peppers yet again. I said “this has green peppers right?” Dude at the counter said “green peppers?”. Mind you he heard me the first order and repeated it back. He then repeated it back the second time to the manager after they messed it up the first time. I just took it and left. Completely incompetent employees.
Last night I called to place a pick up order. I called 5 times & got no answer. On the 6th & my last try the call was answered with a "hello". I had to ask if this was little ceasers. I said I need to place an order. No response. I had to ask if they were still there. I placed my order of a large thin pizza with pineapple, ham & 2 orders of the BBQ wings. I was asked if that was it, & I said yes, but before I could even get another word out, the guy said ok bye & hung up. I wanted to know how long of a wait & my total. I was not offered that information nor was I able to even ask. The whole experience was unacceptable. Such poor customer service.

Trash management and trash establishment. Highly reccomend you don’t eat there, I have seen roaches crawl out of the trimming on the floors. Very dirty place. Always check to make sure there isn’t bugs in your food.
