the people on the frontline are very rude and inattentive to a customers orders. There was menu items not available. No panda that I have been to and I have requested fresh food to be made was a problem. I was told the food didn’t need to be freshly made the food had only been out five minutes. Again, that’s not what I asked. I asked to make it fresh. Today it was a problem. The girl with the glasses on had a very bad attitude and was very rude bc she had to go check for food items that were not available or in stock. Then told me even if it was you gonna have to wait very rudely. Instead of talking at me, giving me an option would be better. Just because she didn’t want to do her job, she wanted to talk me out of what they had and was not ready. Lack of customer service skills, personality and menu items will continue to lack customers. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied!

We like to go to the Panda express at least once a month and I make sure that We tell the Cook how good the food was this is almost the only place my family eats all the rice.There are no chopsticks to be found at this restaurant. But I guess being express is easier with a fork ?.Thank you for your coking!

They need help! They take online orders and customer orders at the same time and I think they need 2 more people. There was a line of 6 people and it took us about 20 minutes to start our order, another 15 minutes to get it. Food was great as always. Be patient!

The food and service are great, however the atmosphere is on the noisy side as you can hear the kitchen pots and pans rattle and cooks slapping spatulas etc. It is still a great place for take-out. I would still recommend their food and array of choices. 4.5 was not an option so I had to give a 4.

I’ve only come during dinner shift, but this team is ALWAYS amazing!! I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing, I insisted that they did not have to fix it because it was my fault, but they still insisted on giving me what I actually wanted. They’re always so friendly and kind and offer to chop my toddler’s chicken into smaller pieces for us, and never seem to mind, even when there’s a huge line! (Which is almost all the time)This team kicks butt and I’m always thoroughly impressed, as someone whose been in the restraint industry almost 10 years

I always look forward to getting my car worked on at the Tire Kingdom next door so I can have lunch at Panda Express. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the portions and prices are excellent. I wish we had one in Port St John!

Well normally I don't eat carry out because you can't depend on it being proper. But the boss came in with some food from your establishment and it smells so good and looks so good I figured I'm not cooking tonight I get carryout will I have to finding five hairs in my food I threw all of it out over 20 dollars worth of food just for me

Walked in at 9:15 today. Asked if I could have orange chicken. The taller gentleman told me they do not have anymore and the kitchen was closed. He said if it’s an online order they will make it. He said it’s due to “food waste”. It’s due to him being a lazy individual. Corporate can track the online orders but cannot determine how many people he turned away in store. Absolute laziness. 5 people in there and no one was cooking. There was no orange chicken, no teriyaki, no sweet and sour. It was spicy chicken or you could leave.
