THE LOVELY FRESH Sauce combined with the special dough made for a heavenly lunch for my visit with a dear friend in residence @ Vista Manor.PAPA JOHN can be proud of this recipe and it's pillowy texture, Bacon forward presence and luscious cheese blend.Parking: NEARBY construction ? made parking ? appear less generous than it is. But this is a short term challenge ( March 2024) and will soon pass. Handicap accomodation was easy and front door centered.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy & spacious access and centric to the front door, this Papa John's are Take out/delivery with no dine in facility.

It was amazing.. the staff is great. The manager lady with the piercings was legit top dog in there by herself at that moment.. would recommend this place for sure.
Their driver gets lost in the dark. Shows up an hour later with cold pizza.. Call to inquire and the manager will hang up on you. Go somewhere else for better pizza and better service. These guys suck.

I ordered delivery today for the last time from this franchise. I ordered 2 large pizzas on garlic/cheese stuffed crust and the pizzas were pure grease. The pizza delivery guy either had the pizza turned on its side in his car or he was practicing his drifting maneuvers because the pizza were crumpled up into pizza piles in the sides of the boxes. For $50 I expected more from a simple pizza delivery. Picture attached for evidently…

We keep giving them chances but it’s like every time we order it just gets worse. The drivers are always very kind so that I’m thankful for. But seriously the kitchen staff have got to get it together.. I will be ordering from somewhere else from now on. Order number 4 that just isn’t right. Extra mushrooms and it looks like they decided to do light mushrooms, second time for this now. The stuffed crust pizza we’ve ordered twice as well has been wet. I hate leaving bad reviews but I also hate giving chance after chance for something I pay for to be done correctly..

Ordered 3 pizzas by phone. Was told would be ready for pickup in 30min. Arrived 30min later at store. Was told it would be another 20 min. 20 min later was told they were just being made. Garbage.
Pizza is raw.it is too bad！The waiter's attitude is not good either. I won't come to this store again.

So i called today just to let them know 1 of the marinara sauces was spoiled. Wasn't looking for a replacement or a refund. I was telling them what happened, they hung up on me. I called 2 more times and they hung up on me those times too!! SOPILED TOMATO SAUCE WILL KILL SOMEONE!!!

I don't understand the bad reviews for this location... Our pizza was ready RIGHT ON TIME, its cooked perfectly, looks great and the order is 100% accurate. We called in the order and did carry-out on a Friday around 5PM. Zero issues! Would definitely order again.

It's been a while since I order from this place. After getting my order I wish I hadn't. I ordered a pepperoni sausage pizza with a pepperoni cheese stuffed crust and a six cheese Tuscan cheese sticks. The crust on the pizza was overdone and the cheese sticks were so greasy that when you lifted a piece grease would drop off. Absolutely disgusting. Never going to order from here again. Worst experience ever. The guy who delivered my pizza was really nice. That's about the only good thing about this place.
