I ordered pizza for my family for dinner and it was the worst pizza, bread, and wings. Everything was cold when I got it and it was just not the normal amazing Pizza Hut pizza we get. I am not sure what happen but I am very disappointed.

The pizza was severely over cooked (cheese and crust were hard), bread sticks were not cut all the way through. I paid for extra cheese and did not receive it. I do not ever complain but the food was that bad that I felt compelled.

Rcvd half the chicken i ordered, wrong flavor and then was left on hold for over 20 min until i just hung up n cooked dinner. It had already taken well over an hr to get the order. Order placed at 700 Delivery was supposed to be no later than 826 pm..it arrived at 9. $35 for smashed Cinnabons and 10 hot boneless wings..i ordered 24 garlic parm.

Unable to place order online. Wish there was at least a warning or something on the app or website but nope.Did you dine in, take out, or get delivery? Was unable to do any of those.What did you get? Nothing... was unable to order. Would love to write a positive review as soon as this technical difficulty is resolved. I know I could just call and order but that's not the point. Hopefully papa's or domino's is working.

I purchased $55 worth of pizza, pasta, and wings, and everyone who had some ended up having stomach issues such as stomach cramps and diarrhea.Personally, I ended up vomiting up everything uncontrollably.I can only wonder if there are health violations happening, or if something unfortunate happened, but because of that awful experience I can't imagine purchasing more from this particular Pizza Hut.

The Pizza Hut in Titusville is shameful. I've had times when my order never arrived, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. Last night I ordered a hand-tossed pepperoni pizza with olives. It was gross! It tasted old and cold. The flavor was not great. Little Cesars has better flavor! (and that's a low bar)
They lied to me when I asked them do they still have the edge Pizza on and they said yes so I ordered it what I got was not
