Manager JP could careless about customer service I ordered over $20 in food and they couldn’t provide a receipt and wouldn’t let me add a side of sour cream very disrespectful customer service they should be retrained on how to treat paying customers and provide customers with a receipt I will call my bank tomorrow and get. Turned over payment since they couldn’t provide proper service that $27 bill will be free thanks taco hell

I never leave reviews, like .. Ever. I ordered, had my food well within 2 minutes TOPS!! When I tell you I have never in my life seen a more beautiful/neatly wrapped friggin Burrito… my order was correct and awesome! Kutos to this store because yes!! Also, pics or it didn’t happen lol

When there aren't tons of kids from the high school behind it, this place is okay. Service is hit and miss and I really get the impression that they'd rather you use the kiosk. Drive through service is usually very good. Food is standard TB but I can't say I've ever been disappointed with what I received there. Dining room soda machine is a bit sus.

The crew that's working today came to really work.They were so pleasant especially the young man running the drive through. Always pleasant ☺️. My food was nice and hot everything was great. Thanks for working hard guys I appreciate you all.
I love the food but hated the service. Most places give you an option to either use a kiosk or to be waited on. There was no customer service. I would have been treated better at the drive through however I decided to dine in and what a big mistake that was. You don't pay me to work there so why in the world would you expect me to wait on myself at your kiosk. This may have been my last taco bell experience. Thankyou but no thankyou

Say they deliver until 1 am and waited for an hour before anyone even prepared the order. Taco shells are stale, and orders are always wrong.
