I was unaware that tropical smoothie had açaí bowls. I ordered one and the chia banana boost with strawberries. The smoothie tasted mostly like bananas but it wasn’t bad.

Apparently you need to check your food to make sure they put the correct things in it. Ordered a chicken club no tomatoes. I guess that meant no bacon too. Called to let them know I’m already home. And then saw it, called and the girl said all she can do is have me DRIVE BACK. I’ve already spent 17$ on food there now I have to waste gas to come back for your mess up. No you could take my name and make it right next time. Unacceptable. How come their mistakes needs to inconvenience me and my life?Order id: 25231536142355

purchased 2 smoothies. at checkout the machine asked about a tip. As I was not dining in, I tried choosing no tip. Machine did not appear to accept this. I finally pushed a down arrow key feeling that would cash me out. Cashier held my slip asking if I wanted it. When taking it I found I was charged 2.50 for a tip. I don’t understand why a tip is expected for every transaction.

As a Combat Veteran of 10 years and of the African American decent, I was overlooked a 3rd time trying to purchase items. 3rd time meaning 3 different occasions. (This being my absolute last visit) It amazes me how someone can look me dead in the face and proceed to move on to the next customer, after I came in and was noticed first. I remember when customer service stood for something in America. From a Veteran to the workers their, thank you for your services.. NOT. Smh.

Got 2 smoothies one was the new strawberries hibiscus lemonade that was good the other not so much it was the berry acia one and tasted like nothing just crushed up ice and it wasn't even close to full watched them pour most of it down the sink

Before I placed my order I asked Rebecca if she has any low carb options for smoothie drinks. She referred me to the island green smoothie. I order my drink and on the way home I look up the nutritional facts of this drink. This smoothie is loaded with carbohydrates 102 grams. What a waste I couldn’t even drink it. I then called the store to explain the situation. Not very much help. I am not driving back there to get a different smoothie when she couldn’t give me the right one in the first place. Won’t ever go back!!!
