Ordered a blueberry pamacrante drink that wasn't made correctly asked the lady in drive through to fix it but she just added more flavor but it wasn't mixed correctly she just got even more attitude. Manager had me come get another nobody inside working even said anything the first 10 minutes the only friendly guy was the older man with dark hair taking orders. It still wasn't made correctly but anyway I just said forget it I won't try it again at that Wendy's the one in Altamonte springs does way better. And the manager forgot to tell them I was coming by but the guy at the front made it for me anyway.

The young lady who was a manager couldn’t put her cell phone down long enough to even make the orders. She is on the phone trying to put the fries in the cooker and drops the whole bag of fries on the floor. When I first arrived I stood there for 10 mins… nobody asked me for my order….. they all look miserable. Some young lady came out from the back and took my order. The service and atmosphere sucked. My main concern was the manger the whole time I was there a good 20 mins wouldn’t put her phone down… making food and putting food in deep fryer and dropping the whole bag of fries on the ground all while still holding her phone… infront of customers….

I purchased a kids Meal through the drive-thru the person taking my order didn't tell me they were out of the kids toy, when my daughter opened the bag she started crying saying they forgot the toy. I went back to the drive-thru asking if they had the toy they forgot it that's when I was told they were out of stock in toys. I then I asked if my daughter could be given something else, I didn't ask for a frosty because I already purchased one so I asked for a j value fry and the girl told me she couldn't do that. I had to listen to my daughter cry all the way home I should have went to a different Wendy's this is the second time that's happened at that location the last time was a few years ago they were very rude about it

This has to be the WORST fast food restaurant that I have been too. They messed up my order, and refused to give me a refund and never offered to fix it. After I had the run around, and the manager handed me my food, he discriminated me and asked me if I could afford the extra cost(I'm in a Cadillac). Very rude and disrespectful. I will never come back and they will be reported. Very un professional. And unkind.

Dining dining in, you have to wait and wait and wait for someone to take your order.
This might be the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The fries were terrible, my bun was hard, bacon burnt, and the ranch packet was curdled. Tried again a couple nights later and again fries were awful, won't be coming back.

Slow service, even though I was the only car in the lane, they told me to pull forward past the window to bring my food out and they didn't even ring up my coupon correctly.. also ordered 3 biggie bags and ended up getting 3 burgers 2 fries and 4 chicken nuggets..
