I went in this evening to buy the family some smoothies, and they had already closed earlier than their scheduled 9 p.m. closing hour. I arrived at 850 p.m. They were cleaning and had already turned off the light and locked the door. When I attempted to enter, all they did was stare at me and carry on cleaning. Very unfortunate because I have always enjoyed my visits to Smoothie King.

Manager was interviewing employee with 8 customers on line and she couldn't have person being interviewed wait 5 minutes would rather lose business. Then the strawberry grave smoothie was horrible

They were great! I coach a volleyball team, and we weren't planning on getting smoothies for the girls during our trip, but we made a last minute decision and stopped at Smoothie King. We dropped by with a group of 18 people and the workers were AWESOME about it! Great service, and as usual, the smoothies were delicious!

please dont hire people to handle money if rhey dont know how to work the register!worst cashier ever kendall does not know how to operate the register. she couldn't figure out the change after putting it in the register smh

I always get the PB Swizzle bowl and it is absolutely delicious and refreshing. Doesn't taste fake and unnaturally sweet, unlike other nearby açaí bowls. Service is always fast.
My wife and I ordered in the app for a 2:30pm pick up and when I got there there was only one employee working and the line was not too bad. She started to make the orders and gave me mine and I made her aware that I had another mobile order and gave her the name. As time went on the other employee came to help and people that were there after me were getting their orders. I waited 30 minutes and they were cleaning up and I asked have you made my other order and one of them threw away the order receipt from the printer and I had to show the order from the app.
