they added a $1 tip without my knowledege. i was handed the machine to tap my card and the tip screen was already passed and it was ready to take my payment. i only realized after i got home and checked my statements that i was charged $7.05 instead of $6.05....I would've tipped the team regardless, but that is super sketchy and I just can't go back, it makes me uncomfortable.

I consistently order my trenta cold foam cold brew coffee without ice. To my surprise, whether my wife picks it up or myself, I receive the cold foam cold brew coffee with ice. After checking the online mobile order and sticker on the cup, both state no ice. I am puzzled as to how one can confuse no ice with ice in a cup. This renders the drink inedible as a result of the cold foam on top. If I attempt to remove the ice, I ruin the cold foam. With the ice in the drink, I have received significantly less coffee than I ordered, and the coffee is watered down. Unfortunately, I spent money on a drink I will not consume. All in all, Starbucks taste great, my kids love it, as well as efficient at misreading orders and order stickers on the drink.L

This location is always a hot mess. The staff is nice enough, but they always seem to manage to lose my order. Maybe because I order just a regular coffee it throws them for a loop? I don't know. It's frustrating.
