Food was doo doo , got the shrimp tacos . Tasted like they pulled it out the ocean like five minutes before and tossed them in bang bang sauce. Shrimp should be the easiest thing to not make fishy. Best thing I had there was the mint from the counter and the Diet Coke I got , that I didn't get a refill for. Not going back , rather eat a bowl of puppy chow

Sometimes I write long reviews but Im not in the mood tonight: Location on the water is very nice - scenic. Waitress was pleasant and friendly but " forgot" my drink order. Fried Calamari was over cooked and rubbery. Seafood platter was also overcooked. Menu says the platter contains scallops. They were small bay scallops, which I think is misleading. It should say bay scallops! Since they were small and the kitchen's oil is obviously too hot they were also rubbery and chewy. Shrimp were tasty. Soft shell crab was, you guessed it, overcooked! 3 small slivers of grouper.....and frozen fries......which were obviously cooked separately as they were not overcooked. There were some nice sounding dishes on the menu which I probably should have tried but I would not recommend their deep fried offerings. In all fairness, I should point out that I am from New England and perhaps there is a different regional style but overcooked calamari is a sin wherever you're from.

We went there for an early dinner with our daughter and the food was great the service was fine but after we paid the bill we noticed a Service Charge. We did not know about it ahead of time, even though the server said he told me (wife), but he was not the one who set us and my husband was at the table when he took the drink order. If we had know about the charge we would not had left a tip also.

I just need to give a huge shoutout to our server Noak! He was very attentive and really just had the best personality. He was knowledgeable about the questions we had and I could tell he really cares! The food was delicious, but Noak is what made our experience the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!

The food was amazing. We ordered various seafood dinners and they were all amazing. The wait staff are great. Was very busy but we were served in a very timely manner. Would recommend reservations but the will accommodate you without one. It is priceybut in my opinion, it was worth every cent. I like that they put the tip on the bill. This may offend some. I would have left that tip anyway. It was that great!

Visited with my wife. We ate out on the deck with a great view of the water and lots of pelicans doing what they do best. The highlight of our visit was our waitress. She was very friendly and talkative (I mean that in a good way). The food was very good. We will return.
Great outdoor seating and home style cooking. Good service too. Even got to see an alligator swimming in the bayou:)

The food is really good and this was my first time going but be aware they charge a 20 percent gratuity for everything, mandatory and the food is not cheap. Our waitress gave us a little speech about how the fee is charged for every meal and is split between the server, cooks and busboys, anything extra we left would go to the server. Totally not the waitress's fault because it isn't her policy but I don't like the restaurant demanding a tip of over the standard as policy. I'm a good tipper and tip every time but that should be my choice so I won't be back there.

Staff was friendly. The food was just okay. It took a very long time for our main courses to come out. There may have been another table there but they had already had their food. Another couple came in after we had placed our orders. Some of the food was just warm, not hot. There is an automatic 21% gratuity added, the waiter did notify us beforehand which was nice. Still One & done.
First time here , the food, the drinks, everything was great the server Robert was fabulous, I order the gumbo , and fish tacos, my son the stuffed flounder . Food. Was just great next time I’m on the area , we are definitely coming back !!!

We loved finding this place as we were looking for somewhere to eat on our last night in town! Wonderful atmosphere and we enjoyed the food! What a treat to have complimentary hush puppies!! So yummy!
