For the past year, I have been coming to Bruster's ice cream and for the most part the ice cream has been great!!! I like the variety of flavors and that flavor of the ice cream actually tastes as it is supposed to be.My issue, and why I gave this location 4 Stars, is the inconsistent sizing of the Peanut Butter cup Sundae and the customer service. For example, the Peanut Butter cup Sundae is supposed to be served in a clear plastic bowl. Though, whenever I have ordered it, it either comes in the large cup, or the clear bowl.This last time, the sundae was served in a large cup and it was missing the actual peanut butter and there was no hot fudge in it.When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that one was not on duty and that the manager would not be in till the next day. When I called the next day and explained the situation to the manager, all she could offer was a $1.00 off coupon.For a place that serves $8.00 sundae's, my expectation is that item is served in the correct bowl with the correct amount ingredients. So, when I bring an issue to the attention of the stores management, I should be offered something more than a $1.00 off.

great location with a drive-thru window and outdoor seating available. i had a small (not so small) cone of ny cheesecake ice cream - would recommend! the music was great as well.

Ice cream quality is very poor. It tastes very processed. The banana flavor in particular was dye-yellow and tasted like artificial banana flavoring. The service was fine but the ice cream was very poor considering that the brand markets itself as serving “real” ice cream made each morning.

I said I wasn't going back, but I figured I'd give them another shot, and I was glad that I did.My wife and a few friends stopped by to get a cone, and I saw the words "Apple Turnover" and had to try it out. It was one of the best desserts I've eaten in a long time. A young lady named Lauren (I Think, that's her name) greeted us with a smile, and her customer service was top-notch. Logan is the young mam who made our order and he was equally nice and very professional. If you haven't had this sundae, please go check it out because I think it's only there for a limited time. I've had 3 this week and will be going back again today.

I love this place! They have grange door style windows so that you can Enjoy your ice cream inside and still a bit outside. They have SO many flavors of ice cream and toppings. This place is a traditional ice cream place with lots and lots of options. All the ice cream is creamy and delicious. You have to give it a try if your in the area!

I realized I come here often and I don’t believe I’ve ever left a review. I usually get the peanut butter cup because it’s my favorite, my kids love anything I get them and my boyfriend loves the shakes. Ventured out and tried a blast tonight and wow oh wow, filled every pregnancy craving I was having. Staff was friendly and engaging, as usual.(Ps tried the new custard place that opened down the road, doesn’t compare to yall the slightest bit!… they don’t even offer whipped cream…) I will continue being loyal to Bruster’s :)
