We decided to check out bullfrog on a whim today after going down to Brandon to take our kids to the park. We didn't know there was an anniversary event today so I'm not sure if the live music on the patio is normal or there all the time but it was a great performance. The drinks were super tasty. We didn't try the food today but it sounded delicious. Our favorite part was the shaded outdoor patio. It was absolutely perfect for our kids to play while we relaxed. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new place to try We will for sure be returning soon.

I visited this location at night, around 7:30PM, specifically for a comedy event that they had going on that night. The general parking lot is not huge, so we had to park towards the end of the strip it's located in. When we first walked in, it was busy! It was very packed with the seating tight. We weren't lucky enough to find seating inside. You must first wait in line to open a tab and/or order your food. I'm not a fan of beer, so I didn't try it, but they did have a good variety! Once you order, you have to go back out the entrance into their outside section to pick up your order from a food truck. That part was definitely confusing as we tried it the other way first, lol. The food itself was good, but it wasn't anything special. I ordered a burger and it tasted like a burger, but the garlic fries were really good! The people in the food truck seemed unprepared however as they didn't have utensils or napkins readily available, so that took a try or two. The servers inside were friendlier. I like that the place has a lot of events, so if you like beer and burgers, this is a great socializing spot!

They had a good variety of beers, all of which were tasty. Their burgers, fries, and cheese curds were all delicious. The ambience was great, but I have to imagine it gets very crowded on the weekends. On the way out, we noticed they had beer ice cream, so we had to order some. It was amazing! (That was the highlight of my night.)

Attended a special event today "Jeeps for Jugs" to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month.Good turn out from the Jeeping community.Firs time visiting this craft brewery and won't be the last.It's a small trip from Ruskin/Sun City Center up to these parts, but well worth the trip.Brews are exceptionally good, the food was excellent, and the service was top notch.Good to see that the brew menu wasn't all IPA's. Nice variety for all taste buds. Keep them reds and dopples around.Nice environment for just having out, listening to live music, and enjoying the fall Florida sunshine.Look forward to returning soon.Nice job!

We came here because of the BOGO offer on the Craftapped site. They had a good variety of beers on tap. They also offer ciders and wines (not made by them). The bartender was very nice and super knowledgeable of their beers. He let us try a few before we settled on one. I chose to try the blackberry cider which was a nice, tart flavor.We shared the garlic cheese fries and a Valrico Salad (they have half off salads on Tuesdays).To be honest, the cheese tasted spoiled. I tried to eat around it but it made the dishes taste off. They also delivered the salad without the avocado and didn’t say they were currently out. When we mentioned that it was missing from the salad, they told us that the truck just came in and they would grab the avocado and cut it for us. However, when they brought it, the avocado wasn’t ripe.I’m sure these dishes taste great on a normal basis, but it just wasn’t good for us.However, we would be willing to give this another try as we love to give our business to local restaurants.

Attended a midweek run meetup with local running group here. Very nice staff. They make their own beer and cider in house. Ordered a burger and fries. Burger was amazing! Cider was equally delish. Will return soon to try other items!

I seem to have dropped into a tipsy turvy land, the ratings stymie me. A sampler beer flight was of unrecognizable ales. Having judged in BJCP contests the astringent tastes in all the beers ruins the characteristics totally. I also have been home brewing for 16 years, in that time I have spoke with many brewers and the taboo of introducing the yeasts that it takes to brew sours and ciders is the last thing you introduce to a brewery. I would say that this is a contaminated brewery.
