Very disappointing experience. We tried to order on April 13th at 1:23PM (so the owner can verify the caller ID) as usual, after a day in the range. A young male started taking my order. I ordered two pepperoni extra large pizzas, and this is when the employee started to have a bad attitude. I asked him if he could put oregano before baking the pizzas, as I always ask. Then he said no. Then I asked for 16 garlic parmesan wings, which is when he told me they don’t do garlic parmesan. I asked him to make my wings medium, and if it was possible to put some of the garlic they put on the crust outside of the calzones, and hell broke loose with this kid. He replied that he was not allowed to do anything out of the menu, and if he lost his job I wasn’t going to pay him what he makes per hour. Then abruptly, he put me on hold, without a warning. I don’t know if it’s under new management, because it’s been like two months since I’ve been there. I hope the pizza retained its quality, because the attitude of the person taking my order made me take the business elsewhere, so disappointed.

We’ve ordered dozens of time and have been super happy. But for the first time we got cold dry food delivered. Only to call them and it goes to voicemail, so, I couldn’t even get it addressed. The sauce was different too. We ended up throwing away 1/2 of the food which has never happened , disappointing.

GREAT PIZZA, my first trip here and the service was great and the pizza was better. in the maybe 10 minutes it took (very fast) for them to make my food I also witnessed the staff do a good deed for someone in need. They have earned my business from now on. keep up the good work!

Took the family here yesterday for the first time. Got the raviolis, cheese pizza and meat pizza. No complaints from anyone. Will definitely be back. Not their fault but wish there was more seating.

Tested out the pizza and zeppoles and enjoyed all the food i ordered. Definitely tastes like NYC pizza, i think the crust needs a little more salt but thats it. The guys that were there were kool as hell, attentive to customers, social, and ensured we got everything we needed. Definitely will be back to get a pie. I'd recommend this spot to others for a quick bite.Parking: Its a shopping plaza with open parking lot next to a gas station.

Went to Formaggio's on a recommendation from a friend. I wish he had told me earlier. This was the best pizza I have eaten...period. We had the meat lover's and it absolutely held up to its name. The pizza was made as I waited. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients. The mozzarella had a very smooth, almost buttery taste that makes it hard to put down a slice once you start to eat it. A day later, thanks to the air fryer, there is no drop off in taste. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They even asked if I wanted my pizza crispy or soft. Regardless of where you are, it is worth the drive!!! You will not be sorry.

Stopped in to order take out dinner. Noticed our order was incomplete a few minutes after paying. Staff made the fix without hesitation and didn’t charge us the extra it should have. Best pizza we have had in the area in a long while.
How about take the "open" sign off that's taped onto the door if the place is in fact not open. Causes less confusion
