They are great at recommendations, giving cooking style advice for different meats, and will definitely let you know about the daily specials.The steaks are great quality, but the staff and tidy interior are what brings me back.

Great service and great meat. Much better quality than supermarket meats. Also, the samples of food (Pig Shots & Brisket Sliders) were delicious.
