Most of our dishes were wonderful but the rice was dry and lacked flavor. Not as good as it use to be, hope they fix this.

We have ordered here many times and have never had an issue until now. I ordered chicken chowmein, never ordered it before. There is lettuce like cabbage in it and it had this slim like film all throughout. Not eatable at all. So I called and the manager was put on the phone. I asked if there was anything they could do? He said that I could bring it back and could get something else the next day. So I did that. I called ahead of time to see if they could start the meal and the manager said yes. I got there and the girl working the counter was extremely rude. I did what I was told to do. She said her manager there said that they wouldn't ever do this again, let me bring food back and I said if it was a problem that they could just throw it away and I'd leave, she said no it will be a while that they were cooking it. I sat down. I've been in customer service for many years and would have never treated someone like that. I sat down, she called me up once it was done. I told her that I didn't understand why she was so rude to me when I did what the manager asked me to do. Which was bring it back and pick up something else.i asked for one of the managers that I spoke to and she said there was no manager there that they don't answer their own phones. That a 3rd party answers and takes the orders and takes care of the managerial issues. I find this a bit odd. That someone else does but the female manager that is there in the restaurant doesn't speak English and she would need to translate for me to her. She then said that they don't want customer like this. Ones that return things get something else and then do it again. I told her that we order from them often and have never had a problem before. That this was the first time and I would hope that it would never happen again. I was insulted to think that she assumed I would be the type to just return food after return food. I told her that I'm not like that and said I wouldn't be back. It is unfortunate because we drive 13 miles to get there each time when there are about 4 or 5 ther Chinese restaurants we pass to get there because we like the quality of the food and my husband loves this place. I had to explain it 3 times. Last night to the manager over the phone, today over the phone then to the extremely rude cashier there. I did nothing to be treated that way. I was willing to throw it away and to just leave and go home with out a refund and or replacement of the meal and no apology from her what so ever. As I sat there she wasn't very pleasant with any one that walked in really. My husband said that she is always incredibly rude. I hate to say it but this is how places have reg residents never want to come back. If you don't like your job or feel justified to treat people that way you might be in the wrong position. Never assume anything and think before treating someone so rude.

Food was prepared quickly and the prices reasonable. I was surprised that there was nobody seated inside but a number of tables were dirty. I ordered the pepper steak, which came with an egg roll and fried rice. The pepper steak was ok but the fried rice had a strange taste to it. The egg roll had a bone in it... I waited until I was about to leave and showed the bone to the cashier and told her about it. All she said was "oh". She may have been caught off guard.

Ordered for the first time via uber. Portions were very nice, food did not seem overcooked or stale. Gave us free soup that my wife loved. Price was comparable to other local establishments of similar food type. Will be using again.

Terrible food. Felt sick immediately after. Do yourself a favor and just get microwave chicken from Publix. Save money for the same quality. Order the general Tao chicken if you want syrup chicken with 4 extra ladles of sugar sauce to cover up the deep fried? Maybe there’s chicken in

I always thought fried rice included an egg? Not here. Portion sizes are absolutely ridiculous!!!

This take out used to be a reliable place but lately I find they cut the food up into such small pieces you can't actually find it amongst the huge quantities of rice or noodles. If I order a chicken dish, I want to find an actual fork sized piece of chicken - not a tiny scrap. I ordered a chicken Mei Fun and sifted through it. All the chicken micro-pieces in the entire family sized tub were only enough to fill one dessert spoon. Same with the Moo Shu - it was just a huge solid mess of squished unrecognisible vegetables and a sliver of chicken appearing every now and then. The pancakes that go with it were like tissue paper and tasteless. So - not good enough. I will stay with China Taste by Walmart in Venice who give far better quantities.
