We come at least once a week and are always greeted like we’ve know the staff forever. Haven and Jimbo are great at making a positive work environment. The food is always fresh and amazing.

This place is hands down the best! I received a free grain bowl (AHH..Greeked Out) today and let me tell you it is absolutely amazing! I will most definitely be a new customer.We need more of these and less fast food restaurants!Also if you are a breastfeeding Mom like me go check out their menu, they has so many choices to pick from that will help boost that liquid gold!

The Seoul bowl is my favorite. It is really fantastic.Decided to try a different bowl recently (see photo), it was delicious!!! I substituted tofu for the chicken and Caesar for the ranch.

The store is always clean and bright.But the staff ... Not just rude but a down right nasty young lady. My daughter and I were the only customers at the counter. She did not acknowledge us and just kept talking into her headphones. We waited quite a while and finally she came down stood there and stared at us. No greeting. When my daughter ordered the young lady didn't understand what she wanted so she yelled at her "WHAT!" then rolled her eyes, so I finished my daughters order and ordered a salad for my husband. The young lady was clearly frustrated that she was not receiving any help from her colleagues and was clearly frustrated with us as she slammed all the food in the bowl. She wouldn't listen so my daughter just gave up on what she wanted. I had to interrupt the young ladies tantrum to let her know I needed one more salad. When she started making my salad I had a question about it. It was a grain bowl that I thought it came with lettuce or rice not realizing it came with both .So when I started my question and said I thought that came with lettuce (didn't get out the or rice part) She cut me off and pointed to the bowl and said this is lettuce in the most nastiest condescending way. She slammed the rest of our order together and simply walked away . A young man came up to the register and rang us up. No "thank you"but at least he wasn't mean. My daughter is an athlete and this is a convenient way for her to eat a healthy meal between activities. But I'm getting ready to pull the plug on Crisp and Green because this not the first time at the Venice location that I have been put off by the hateful lazy service people. Horrible example for my child by the way!
