I called...placed my order...wa s told by a woman who represented herself as a "Doninoes" emoyee...took my order, proceeded to tell me, "please hold while I co nect you WITH THE STORE." When the gentleman from Dominoes on Shamrock Rd Venice, FL answered...he says," don't know what you're TALKING ABOUT, please call back and press ONE." Clearly my last order w these ppl. Not only am I hungry IM ALSO FRUSTRATED. Worked food service myself for 25yrs. NOT COOL. NOT PROFESSIONAL. NO WHERE NEAR APPROPRIATE. I'm not dumb. I'm pretty sure my simple complaint will.have ZERO effect on their business. Just thot I'd share their "day to day" operation. SMH

I love this place. First, the pizza is always incredible. Last night they messed up our order and then went way above and beyond to make it right (which I didn’t even ask for). Then, sent me a coupon for the next time since the order wasn’t correct.
The pizza was good, The service was not when I spoke to the operator and who took my order. I asked her if there were any specials and she did not give me all the specials. She just told me that there was a large special which I was ordering two mediums. There is a special out there with that, did they not tell me about where you get two medium pizzas, breadsticks, and cinnamon rolls with a soda for 1999 ?I called the restaurant this afternoon and spoke to a girl and she said that they cannot tell us the specials even if we ask that’s not cool I won’t be ordering from there no more

I just would like to share the integrity of a young lady that manages the store. Her name is Kayla.her character and class are second to none. You will not find this in a pizza parlor in management anywhere..please recignize this lady. She is incredible and a blessing!

I rated two out of five because there’s nothing lower I could give it. Ordered a pizza and was transferred to some call center where the person did not speak plain English. After trying to place my order she then transferred me over to another area to take my payment. Did not receive any sort of confirmation text email or call and Pizza never showed up. When I called the store to check in the guy told me they were running an hour and a half behind (at least) he said he would cancel my order and and then he hung up on me. no confirmation code, no way of knowing for real if it will be canceled - terrible system! If that’s the way, it really works.

I had the stuffed cheese bread, the stuffed pepperoni bread and the pasta bread bowl . Loved the stuffed cheese and pepperoni bread but I didn't like the pasta bread bowl at all. The employees are all great and very easy to talk to and they answered everything I asked.Parking: The parking is in a small walking mall so there isn't alit of parking. They do have a strip there that could park a 30 foot RV, but if they are busy you wouldn't have roam to park
