Came here for lunch on a whim and fell in love. We had such a great lunch that we decided to come for dinner. I got the scallops and my mom got the salmon. Also got the peanut butter pie. All was amazing and wanted to mention our waitress Andee, she was incredible and such a great experience. We will be back again!

I made a Valentine's Day reservation and was looking forward to a wonderful and first dining experience at this restaurant. Regrettably, it turned out to be the worst dining experience I've ever had for a restaurant of this caliber. The appetizer had burnt walnuts, the rack of lamb was extremely thin, overcooked and had to be returned twice. The order was then changed to a filet mignon and it came out bloody red twice. The manager was gracious enough to comp everything but it was a total disaster, I'll never dine there again. Thankfully there was an Irish pub close by and although the ribs and pizza hit the spot it wasn't the dining experience expected.

We dined here tonight for the first time and were pleasantly surprised! Wonderful ambiance, a relief from the busy crowds at the other restaurants nearby. The menu was varied with vegetarian, seafood, even duck l'orange. Prices typical for fine dining. The staff was courteous and friendly. All in all, it was a great experience. I had the special, turkey pot pie, and my husband had the vegetarian cauliflower steak with an herbed cheese sauce. It was outstanding! We'll be back.

Had a reservation for Christmas Eve for 3 of us at 7:30pm. I was told when I made the reservation that if I did not cancel 5 mins prior to reservation my card would be charged $10 per person. I had to cancel at 5:30pm 2 hours prior to the reservation because my older daughter got sick. I was upset because I had been looking forward to their menu. My daughter said "Don't worry we can still go another time." The woman on the phone was very rude and said "Your card might be charged $10 a person." I let her know what they told me when I made the reservation about 5 mins prior and said there are still 2 hours so I'm confident they will be able to fill the table at 7:30. She was still very rude. 15 minutes later I got a text that my credit card was charged $32.10. Now i have no desire to go there ever. I was telling everyone at work co-workers and patients how I was so excited for dinner there. Now when they all ask how it was they will get this story. I guess I should have gone alone with my 10 year old and left other daughter at home. Merry Christmas!

Very disappointed with my most recent experience at Flynn's on Venice Ave. The server was very pleasant and attentive in taking our orders. Then we waited about an hour for our meals to come. When they arrived, the food was bland and room temperature at best. If it had been busy I might have understood but there were many empty tables.

Great food and lovely wait staff. They were short staffed, so the patio wasn’t open but they let us sit there with our dogs and get takeout. Had the delicious beet salad and my husband had perfectly done salmon. Highly recommend!

Visited Flynn’s for the first time for dinner with friends. Nice ambiance, small , intimate and quiet despite the proximity of the tables. Next time we will request a booth. We were waited on by the owner, Susan, who was delightful. A nice beer and wine list (no booze). My wife had the roasted beet salad with salmon. The salmon was a bit overcooked for her liking, but tasty. I had the grouper panne which was delicious! Crème brulai for dessert was excellent. A bottle of cab for $42 was a good value for a restaurant. Our bill for dinner and wine was $105 plus tip. Well worth the price. We will be going back.
